Very deceptive and misleading…

Very deceptive and misleading subscription information. I felt like scam. Very poor customer service, rejected my request for a refund for additional payments I had no idea I had signed up for. Very unscrupulous practice
It appears I am not alone in my assessment of this company.

Beware of ongoing subscription charges

Like many other recent reviews here I thought I’d purchased a one-off £19.99 thing in January - turns out it was double that (still not clear why the two £19.99 charges) and then a £49.99 monthly subscription. This would be a 1 star review to advise folk to avoid it - but customer services have been quick and I have been refunded the 3 x £49.99 charges I absolutely did not agree to. UK legislation changes are hopefully coming to stop this kind of “sharp practice “ but in the meantime beware!

It did not help me at all

It did not help me at all! I tried it, stopped using it and honestly forgot about it. I don’t remember the $40 being for 3 month trial and auto renewing. But got charged $89.95 this morning and they say they won’t refund it. So I’ll leave 1 star anywhere I can and file complaint with my bank.

Very inflexible regarding cancellation

Very inflexible regarding cancellation. No reminder after a test subscription. One day to late, money gone for a year. Very unsatisfying and customer unfriendly!!!

Just learning so far on a few things to…

Just learning so far on a few things to increase my average HRV. I wear a Whoop device and I practice heart coherence, and I use a HeartMath device as well. My average HRV according to my hoop has been running around 35, I want to bring that up much higher.
