They took my money without actually having the stock. After a week I chased them as my tracking number didn't exist to then be told the courier has "lost" my stools in transit. How do you loose 4 bar stools?? I get COVID has put pressure on a lot of companies but taking peoples money and then making stories up is not how you conduct business. Now my refund could be up to 2 weeks. Basically they are using customers money to leverage accounts, WOW!

I purchased 2 sienna chairs which I understood to have a vintage/rustic finish.
I paid for express delivery and there was no communication / no tracking and no one replied to any of my emails. I happened to find the delivery driver in an old car just hanging around outside my house with no warning.
When I opened the chairs they were rusty and dented.
I tried to contact the company to return them and have still had no response.
Chairs are going in the bin and I am out of pocket. I would purchase with caution.

really pleased with chairs we ordered no damage to them and they look great but the customer service is shocking no phone number didn't reply to any emails the tracking number I was given didn't work with Hermes then after about 8 days they just turned up no email or text random wouldn't order anything again purely on the total lack of customer support

BEWARE!
Awful experience, express delivery paid for (additional £5) 4 x stools. They supposedly sent by Hermes the day after I place the order, but them they immediately cancelled and they must have asked Hermes "send back to sender". No explanation here. No correspondence (received 1 automated email) since I've emailed three times. No idea if or when I will get these 4 x stools, or whether they are in transit.

Beware, not sure if it is horrendously poor company customer service or just a scam

Paid for next day delivery. It was shipped over a week late. No communication from them, when I asked for an update after 3 days - (I appreciate delays due to covid 19) only ever received automated response, until after the item shipped - then an email stating sorry if our replies are curt - it's because of covid 19. No covid 19 makes deliveries slower, it doesn't excuse poor customer service i.e communication and honesty. Looking at other reviews, it's a hit and miss. my item possiblly wasn't in stock and they couldn't be honest about it. Wouldn't buy from them again.

I was a little weary about the quality of the product because the price was so competitive , but i was totally blown away by how good and solid it is . The shipping process was very quick and straightforward too , a 10/10 from me .

Rustic seating do not make clear their returns or cancellation procedure. They don't have a telephone number to communicate effectively. I recieved stools that I had tried to cancel and the box weighs 16kg which means posting back is going to cost me over £30. I've never encountered such a poor service before. Be very careful if ordering anything from Rustic Seating.

Came rather quick considering it was Easter weekend and the Corona virus making deliveries longer waiting times

We haven’t yet received the marble table top -just the base. No replies to my emails enquiring about it.

I bought 2 Roma Chaisr - Black and 1 Sicily Bench.
I was disappointed with the packaging in what the chirs came in, the box was opened at the top and looked like it was going to fall apart. After getting the chairs out one of them isn't level so it rocks when you sit on it. Also the chairs' back rests are different heights.

The marble top arrived on the APC van, but the driver declined to unload it as he said it was clearly broken.
He did let me see the box containing the base and upright, and the base had penetrated the flimsy packaging.
He took all items back to his Doncaster Depot
