Beware, this is a scam.
Order placed, notification re delivery company received, but when contacted re delivery it transpires they have nothing and unaware of goods.
Email to company pings return stating email cannot get to recipient due to admin block.

Placed an order with Rustic Seating in June 2024. Payment was taken. Received a text to say that the order from KD & JAY Ltd was on its way via SHIFT? Then had a message with the TUFFNELLS booking ID but still no delivery. No response from emails to rustic seating, no response from Tufnell's or SHIFT or KD & JAY Ltd. Please avoid and do not loose money as we have.

If Rustic seating contact me or if the chairs are delivered I will amend this review.

I bought a table and bench from the company. At first the table bench were ok but after a few months the table started to deform and the wood warped. I contacted them and they haven’t been of any help. They have ignored me on so many occasions I wouldn’t advise anyone buy from them as the quality isn’t good and there is no after sales help.

Really surprised at the reviews - after I ordered the comments here made me think this was a scam. My table arrived in 2 parts and is perfect - I cannot believe the price. It’s perfect - I got the marble bistro table and very pleased.

Ordered 3 pieces of furniture on 17th of January 2023 and paid in full as requested. Emailed, WhatsApp and Facebook messaged many times for an update. Received a response on 20th march saying my furniture is around 3 weeks away from being delivered, then ignored all other communications. I sent an email asking for a refund on 8th May giving him 5 working days to refund me before starting legal action. On 9th May he applied to be struck off companies house.
On 10th May he is still active on WhatsApp, Facebook, Etsy & insta & still ripping people off! Clearly has no morals or care for people, despite working in urgent care at John abulance cymru. Stay well clear of this scammer

Operates as AJR Rustics on Instagram etc. SCAM!!!! Ordered item 29th Dec!! Two weeks later email claiming posted. 2 more weeks go by, it has been 'lost' by delivery company. Offered to send another one via Parcelforce. A month goes by, nothing..Asked for refund, no answer at all since. Paypal closed dispute I opened!!! I don't know how they managed that, but AVOID THESE SCAMMERS at all costs!!!

Absolutely shocking service, no answer to the phone, no answer to emails, no answer to WhatsApp now we've been blocked on there Facebook page, completely disgusting service. Any messgae received just fobs you off, there full of lies, excuses with NO intention of replying to you or you getting your furniture. This company NEEDS to be on Rogue Traders. Do NOT use these people, taken our money and now nothing! trading as AJR Rustics / Rustic Seating and similar variations to try and con people.

still waiting for the 3-5 day delivery two weeks on.....

I ordered a wicker 2 seater bench and paid extra for 1-2 day delivery as I wanted it to arrive before an event. It arrived 4 days later and it was a completely different item, they sent a folding picnic bench set. I emailed to ask for a refund and they replied with a completely impersonal automated email saying I would need to return it for a refund. I arranged for a collection as instructed and the driver arrived and REFUSED to take the parcel because it was the wrong item!?! So now I’m £95 down and stuck with a picnic bench I don’t want

I ordered a garden chair costing £89.99 on 7th April, it arrived damaged, I immediately rang up to request a replacement. After a complicated process I was given a collection date and time between 9am-6pm after arranging to be at home, I got a call that day to say it would be the next day ! I was then told I couldn't have a replacement but a refund, then I had to reorder. ( which I intended yo do, but not now) Although a refund was promised on 27th April as of today 4th May I hadn't got it. So not only was the product substandard the customer service has been atrocious.

Seating arrived faulty both chairs so there must be a fault on all chairs!
They havent sent any 1 to collect them yet !! .
And as an apology! They've sent me a sherbet DIP !! . DISGUSTING .!

I ordered a patio table for £199 on the site. The item arrived damaged - one corner of the tabletop had cracked, and there had clearly been blunt force impact on the table surface which was bent. I tried to contact them via their messaging form on their website and via email. No response to date and no telephone number to contact. Do not order from them.

Not even deserving of 1*. £170 on seats which were left unsigned for on our door step in the rain in a torn up box, arrived late. Arranged for them to collect the chairs on the understanding I’d receive the refund. I have not been able to contact them since. £170 down the drain. Horrible company.

Ordered from them for the second time, speedy delivery, no issues.

I usually check reviews before any purchase online fortunately, I did not with these chairs! This naturally lead to huge buyers remorse once I had sent my money and then caught sight of these reviews online. However, I ordered on the Thursday for faster delivery (1-2days) they didn’t arrive until today. So I will put that down as 2 working days. In any instance, after contacting them on Friday to check on my order they apologised and refunded the faster delivery fee.

The chairs are better quality than expected for the price and completely fault free.

I can only speak from my personal experience however, I would say I’m a happy customer.

I Terrible company I don’t advise using them. Paid them £764 for seating that didn’t arrive, then had me emailing them and PayPal for weeks before my bank got my money back after another 4 weeks of investigation. You have been warned they are unreliable.

I bought 2 tables very fast impressive delivery but one has an imperfection. Emailed numerous times now and no reply or acknowledgement. Very very disappointed in this service
