Y’all…I won’t lie. I was scared to send my passport thru the mail. But, it worked out perfectly!! Customer service reps Ana and Kobe were extremely helpful and answered so many questions. And their online system is easy to understand, easy to follow and if you make any mistakes..,they are very quick in letting you know how to make it right! Even “Amy” their AI after hours rep was amazing! My expectations were blown away!! I would tell anyone to use Rushed Passport! Thanks Y’all! Oh…and my passport arrived the Friday after I Fedex’d it on a Friday!! ONE WEEK!!

Everything went well. There was a delay and I did not receive as quickly however the customer service team was informative and I did receive the passport. I suggest giving yourself a couple extra days in case because you need know.

I received my passport a couple of days earlier than I was told. Customer service took my many calls asking questions or just being worried about the whole process. I can't deny I was weary at first. However, they delivered an exceptional service!

Give people a hard time all the way thru the process it’s my second time using them. First time everything went smoothly and fast but these second time they gave a hard time my questions where never answered it’s just back and forth between them and I. And know my passport it’s going to be late I have to move my trip due to passport not arriving on time…

I was very impressed with the service Rushed Passport provided. I received my expedited passport 7 days (5 business days) from when I mailed in the old one. Just as important was the kindness Lasia showed me. I did not have any previous experience with expedited passport service. It was all new to me. My numerous questions were all treated respectfully. I was honestly skeptical about using one of these speedy passport services b/c a few people told me they were a scam. I was desperate for a quick turnaround time and needed our family's passports for a trip. Adria assisted us from start to the day we received our passports. Unbelievably, we received our passports in about a week when we were expecting 2-3 weeks! Adria responded to my emails and was available via phone. The website was easy to use and we didn't have any issues uploading our documents. She reviewed the documents and provided feedback immediately. The cost of the service was expensive, but I am glad I paid for it. It was worth it for the speedy service we received.
