I saved money amd really enjoyed our experience. The only complaint was s that it can be confusing understanding if purchasing tix are legit until you get approval from Crayola Factory. It is legit…but when you arrive you must go in tue line needing to purchase tix instead of actually having tix to get your Rush 49 purchase validated. Two thumbs up for the ease we had!

The people at the front desk are super rude and disrespectful they guys started telling us thru the mic to hurry up because he was tired . He was a Spanish guy from Venezuela super super rude . When we asked him where the drop zone was he ignored us and kept working in the computer . When we waited for the money to pay the instructor he basically yelled at us

The ticket I got from here did not work in redeeming at the front desk of the location. I asked for a refund which you guys said you offer and instead tell me you can’t refund but you can add that money back in my account to use for another purchase. I don’t want another purchase that’s not going to work. I want my money back

Mario Andretti Company are thieves !!!
I got a Groupon for this company for my birthday and there is no way you can use it because the code does not work. They never pick the phone and never email back. My $80 has expired and I still can’t get in touch with them.Groupon tells me this is between me and this company. But what can I do since I CANNOT GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM !!!!!They are THIEVES. DO NOT GET A PASS FOR THEM. Do not recommend!!
