The ticket pricing through Rush49 is really great. I didn’t give it 5 stars due to an issue where I was unable to retrieve my tickets I purchased. I did try both email accounts that I have. I wrote to them using my main account and they were unable to locate me in their systems. However, Ernie Mejia did a wonderful job addressing my issue and locating the problem. He was able to help me find my purchased tickets and emailed me a copy of my tickets for my convenience. His customer service and attentiveness to my issue was outstanding.
