Norris Bank Swimming Club have purchased our bespoke gala medals from Running Imp for as long as we can remember and the one thing that has always impressed us is that they have never let us down. The medals have always arrived on time and on the rare occasion that there has been an issue it has been resolved quickly and without fuss. We would describe their customer service as exemplary, which in this day and age is not as common as it should be.

Always quick to respond to any request, and very patient if we haven't got the design quite right! Very efficient and communication at every stage is excellent.
