Terrible.
No confirmation of online order ever received.
Called them 8 hours after purchase to ask if that is normal.
Advised to calm down and call back day after.
Day after comes, still no confirmation.
Called again advised my order had been delivered (E gift card for a birthday)
Advised to wait another 24 hours and if confirmation still not received to call again.
Gave up in the end.
Order was 7 weeks ago, still no confirmation of order, I know it has been received by the recipient but not really the point, when do I ever buy anything on but receive confirmation, receipt etc?!

Great customer service and very knowledgeable
My boyfriend and I visited the shop today. Jordanna was extremely helpful, she took the time to answer all our questions, provided us with lots of useful information and completed a gait analysis to aid me in getting the right running shoes. I would highly recommend to other runners. Extremely good customer service and very knowledgeable on all things about running! We will definitely be coming back in the future for anything else we need.
