I owe my success to RuledMe. I have checked out a lot of Keto programs. RuledMe is the most comprehensive and informative program out there. The videos, Recipes, information and guides are the most honest and helpful.

I used RULED.ME when my husband and I went on KETO for 1 year. My husband lost 35 lbs., I lost 40 lbs., using your recipes, and recommendations. Thank you, we still follow some KETO guidelines. And feel more energetic, my joints feel better too. Our bad cholesterol counts came down too. Thank you.

I started this journey some time ago. I was extremely overweight, but it was for powerlifting. But injuries started stacking up and tying my shoes was a burden. So I started to experiment with low carb and had good results. The weight started coming off...as I write this I realize you don't want all this. If you're here you want to know if its legit. Well, as the website states and I agree, I'm not a doctor or anyone in any medical field, I found something that works. Go look it up, there's real science. Hell it might not be for you. If you want a great resource ruled.me is awesome and pretty no nonsense.

So glad I found this site. There are great recipes, and you can really tell that he cares for his followers. I also like that the recipes follow the seasons.

Love the tips tricks but most of all recipes. Great flavors and combos but so simple. Finally, they use common ingredients. Love getting new recipes!

Ruled.me has been a source of several of my favorite Keto recipes over the years. One of the few mailing lists I have signed up for and actually enjoyed getting email from! They time their emails just right so I’m happy to get and open their messages.

Ruled.Me has been so fun and helpful for us as we have attempted to change our lifestyles into more healthful versions! They come up with some really creative ways to eat keto! I used Ruled.me's meal planning service for the first few months to get the hang of keto cooking. and have purchased a couple of e-books with additional recipes. It's my go-to resource for inspiring and tasty recipes and guidance on all things keto.

Not only do I really enjoy the variety of easy to follow Keto recipes on Ruled.Me, I also LOVE the clean look of the website. There are no distracting flashing borders, links or videos popping up all the time. Reading recipes on Ruled.Me is actually peaceful!

I've been following Craig and Ruled.me for over three years now and have purchased a few of his cookbooks.

Craig understands cooking much better than most. Flavor, texture, temperature, technique, etc. And he does a great job making recipe preparation accessible to the average home cook.

His articles are also well-researched, well-cited and clearly written.

In short, I trust Craig even though I don't know him personally. New recipe from Ruled.me? Yes, I'll make it for my family without trying it first. Does it sound like a crazy combination of ingredients that I've never tried before? No problem, I know it will be good.

As a one-stop shop for all things keto, it's tough to go wrong with Craig and Ruled.me.

Best site every!!! This is a site that I often return to, I get all kinds of information as well as wonderful recipes. What is especially nice, a sent email receives a response if help is need. And, the response comes fairly quickly. You will not be disappointed.

This site is great I started keto just before the covid started and thought that it would be a great idea to try keto and the recipes here are wonderful. Lost 40lb in 6 months and now I just maintain .but still come back to this Craig ruled.me for new and tasty food .thanks

I signed up for a 3-month subscription with Ruled.me/ Keto Academy. I used only 2 of the 3 months because their site wasn't really user friendly and their recipes weren't that great. Be aware that they will bill you in perpetuity and just take money out of your account unless you get in touch with them to cancel. These "subscription" plans with no notifications are being recognized by banks as predatory. I only heard from them again after getting a new credit card when they couldn't just reach in and help themselves to my cash. They wouldn't refund what they took without my permission because "I didn't hear from you in all that time". Yeah, because I wasn't using your crappy product any more.

Be very careful and know ahead of time that you are signing up for an auto-pay subscription. A 6-month subscription (instead of the usual annual type.) No pre-warning or notice that your account is about to be charged; no option to cancel, no nothing. Yes, the ultimate responsibility is on me, however, the subscription service was never realized or made clear. And the owner of the service refuses to cooperate. Great service in this time of Covid and job losses. Thanks, Bud.
