***update now 12/10/22 and still no rug, no reply to any emails I have sent. I have raised dispute with PayPal centre and they have not responded on there either*** I ordered a rug on the 22nd September. I received an email acknowledging the order and saying I would get another email once the order was complete and money was taken. I received an email on the 28.09 to confirm order had went through and the rug had left the warehouse and would be with me the next day. Still no rug, I have emailed asking for an update and no reply as per the rest of the reviews. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering, hopefully the rug arrives soon and it’s good quality to make the wait worth it.

I ordered a rug on 23/9 and it still has been delivered. I have phoned numerous times and no one picks up. Never again will i order from these

I ordered the Gilbert rug on the 22nd the money wasn't taken out of my account till the 28th. I'm still waiting for a confirmation of purchase and a delivery date. After reading other reviews wish I'd done this before I ordered this seems to happen a lot. I have sent emails no reply, phoned did get through once was promised a return call with an update still waiting. Hopefully my rug will arrive soon if not I'd like a refund.

I have not yet had delivery of my order after receiving 2 reminders to rate the product, I have tried to contact to chase my order to receive no communication. Cant comment on the product yet but terrible service.

I ordered the rugs and was told that I would be informed once payment was available. It has been pending in my account since the day of order not recieved rugs or dispatched notice tried to email no reply tried to call no reply

Ordered rug 7th Sept despite numerous calls (no one answers) and several emails no response still waiting for the rug. Now being asked to rate on Trustpilot! Not impressed. Would appreciate an update on when I will receive my rug

There should be a minus rating for this company. They do not pick up the phone, do not reply to e-mail, issue inaccurate information on delivery, provide to link to carrier, no tracking information. Order placed 22 August, asked to rate the company twice even though order not delivered. Received notification on 31 August to expect delivery on next working day. Now 8th September still not received. Sent query e-mail yesterday, no response. Phoned today, no-one picks up phone. This is by far my worst customer service from a commercial organisation ever. Having moved home I have placed about 50 orders with different companies all of whom provided far better service. If I do not receive the ug within the next few days, I shall ask my bank to retrieve my payment.

Website wouldn't permit me to enter the complete year - it showed 202 instead of 2022. However, persistence solved it. Very swift delivery and helpful driver.

No problem with the rug but it did not arrive on the day stated by the courier and we had to wait in for two days before it came.

I placed an order on 05.07.2022, and to this day and despite four emails and connecting on your Facebook Page, I am yet to receive a response regarding when the ordered will be received. Furthermore, none of my emails have been acknowledged.

Please can someone explain what the current position is.

Cannot fault the ease of the website for ordering and the rug is beautiful and excellent value. However communication was a little disappointing and no expected delivery time given
