Reasonable but with an annoying issue
The rug is reasonably similar to the image on the website albeit the grey is mottled and the white is more cream.
My biggest concern is, while the rug arrived in a plastic protective outer (good while transporting), it was tightly wrapped around a cardboard tube from the centre of the underside. Now the rug is on the floor there is a raised hump the shape of the cardboard tube that will not flatten.
Despite folding the rug in the opposite direction or putting weights on the folded section, the hump remains.

Rug arrived on time but when unrolling…
Rug arrived on time but when unrolling this rug noticed a fault so filled a contact form on rug- traders site reporting this fault also sent an email showing picture of fault.
To-date Rug-Traders have not responded

Easy process to follow re ordering and the item arrived well packaged and placed in a secure area. The only criticism (although no big issue) Would be good to receive a message to advise actual date and estimated time as to when goods are expected to be delivered.

Waste of time!
I ordered a rug from the website, payment taken but when I didn’t hear any more I contacted them to find out when I could expect to receive my order. Turns out the rug I ordered was ‘old stock’ and not even available. I should expect a refund in 5-7 days. What a waste of time and I only found out because I chased them! Reading the reviews, they really need to manage their stock and website better.

Where is my order?
Placed order on August 26th and was advised by email order completed on 31st August - still have no tracking information on when it will be delivered even though website says standard delivery is usually with 3-5 days
