My Mamluk rug is exactly as advertised with lovely muted colours and a beautiful pattern. I agree with other reviewers about the white fringing, which doesn't seem a good choice for this rug, but I googled ways of toning it down before purchasing. I'm also happy with the non-slip mat I bought to go under it. The mat works well and makes the lightweight rug feel thicker and more luxurious. The price for the rug was very reasonable but I have to say £99 seems a lot for the mat, though I wouldn't want not to have it. Regarding delivery, I was given a few different expected delivery dates and in the end the rug was delivered about a week before the mat.

The rug sent did not match the photos on the website and, despite trading as a .co.uk website, if you want to return an item, Rugs.co.uk require you to pay the postage back to either their Swiss or US-based warehouses - not good...

Just ordered a runner, website was very easy to look at and find exactly what I needed with correct sizes I was looking for. There is loads of choices to pick from would definitely recommend Rugs.co.uk I can't wait to recieve my order.

The .co.uk ending to this website is really misleading. These rugs aren't shipped from the UK and the (unhelpful) customer services isn't UK either. I fact I'm not sure what is UK about it! I was really disappointed with my rug. Looked plush in the pictures but felt like string when it arrived. I then realised that I am responsible for return shipping to Switzerland or the USA! Please don't get caught out like I did.

Have purchased rugs from Rugs U.K before and have been pleased with the whole process. A lovely selection of rugs for every room including outside space. Prices very good. Quick delivery and they do not charge for delivery, which is a bonus. Ordered another rug and know I will be very happy with it. If you are looking for a new rug, I recommend Rugs U.K.

Dreadful should off checked reviews before buying also assumed was in uk ,received rug which is paper thin waste off money costing me double never£69 to return rug was £79 ,told me I could keep it for £25 or donate if I don’t want it certainly wouldn’t donate ,shocking service ,well just gets better and better was told return set up and I would get email within 3 days did I did I heck again been on to them only to be told the use ups ,what a joke ,so now and stuck with a rug I definitely DONT WANT ,and Rugs.co.uk DONT dare ask for more information ,Another update been refunded definitely wouldnt use again

This company is a scam. Rugs are not shipped from the UK and are of very low quality, yet they operate under ".co.uk".

They require a very high fee to return a rug to their warehouse in Switzerland or US, but they don't note this on their website for transparency.

The rug that I received was packaged in just a thin plastic bag and bent. It has a strong very strong smell of mould.

I would strongly advise caution before ordering from Rugs.co.uk.

The rug itself arrived on time and the quality was acceptable, however the return process is extremely misleading.

The company presents itself as UK-based (UK domain, UK phone number, “Rugs UK” branding), but if you need to return an item, you are required to ship it internationally to Switzerland or the USA at your own cost. In my case, I was quoted £141.70 just to return a single rug.

This is an excessive and unexpected cost, and it was not made clear during the purchase process. Most customers would reasonably assume returns would be within the UK when ordering from a UK-facing website.

They offered only a small partial refund instead, which suggests they are aware that returning items is not a realistic option.

Overall, this feels like a setup where returns are technically allowed but practically discouraged due to very high costs.

Be aware of this before purchasing.

Paid £99 for a rug that never turned up and when reported it had no tracking updates and no body even apologized or even tried to explain what had gone wrong or where my rug is!!!!

I was very unhappy with the colour of the rug nothing like the one advertised. The rug was £219 and they said to return would cost me £130 .It also arrived folded not rolled so very creased and ruckled .I was offered £33 of the price as a good will gesture but I I will never use this company again.

have bought 3 rugs from this company now -- attractive, well-made rugs that stand up well to wear and tear( I have 4 dogs), good variety of sizes and mostly good prices, although i found it strange that the size I bought today was way more expensive than a bigger size; hence 1 less star.

I was looking for a decent lounge rug, and the one I have ordered ticks every box, the quality colour and size is all perfect. The online ordering was so easy . I read the reviews and all very positive . Paying a little more than I expected but the rug I have at the moment is OK but all the corners are turned up and it moves continually , iv had it 4 years so it's done it's best. Looking forward to delivery.

This site has hundreds if not thousands of rugs in so many sizes and shapes!!! I did do a chat where my queries were answered fully and quickly. Very reasonably priced too with options to buy rug pads, which I did buy after taking their advice, which again was very reasonable. X
