I have not received the rug pad
I have not received the rug pad. Tracking shows that FedEx turned over to USPS and it has not arrived to my area. As explained at pos I live in a remote location. USPS does not deliver. When and if this item reaches the USPS in Burnt Ranch it will be held for pick up. 20 curvy miles round trip. Also, why are you showing me as Donald Keith Wagers after the review and Julie McLean in the email. Is this fraudulent activity?

After a year of contemplating…
After a year of contemplating what kind of rug to get, I finally decided to get a Loloi Rifle Paper rug. I'm so glad. Amazon was not selling the largest size, so I went to this site. They were having a sale, so I also got a runner and door mat to match our area rug! I was elated, even though there was an 11 week delay on the large rug. That's okay though, their prices matched everywhere else and THEN I got a 15% off coupon. I was amazed, which made me feel the wait would be worthwhile. Once ordered, I got a confirmation we'd receive the 2 smaller rugs within a few days. An hour later, I was notified they were including the area rug! Even though it was out of stock online, they must have found one. Happy HAPPY customer. It's really helped absorb the sound in our open great room. The rug is easy to clean, vacuum, and slide a dining room chair over, so it's the perfect kind!
