Do not buy from this company. I waited a month to receive the wrong order. After several exchanges about how to fix the problem, they just ghosted me. No answers. I’ve already been in contact with “customer service”. No help!

Besides the long delivery time, the merch I received was incomplete and it can be obvious on inspection that these are bad quality replicas. Do not buy here, the merch is fake.

I am an XL or an XXL in slim fit gear. I ordered a hoodie, weeks ago, that was XXXL for comfort and it just about fit my wife who is a size M. Quality is not great and I question the certification of the product. I contacted them to return the product as it is falsely advertised and the product is faulty and they want me to post it back at my expense for a refund. €15-€20. Communication from them is very poor and am still awaiting a response after I explained that due to the product being incorrect that it is not up to me to pay for the return. Still waiting for someone from the company to contact me.
Update on response below: an agent has responded and has stated that I am unwilling to return the item so they will pass it on... All I want to do is return the item so the reply was unhelpful and not very constructive. The product is faulty and I should not have to pay to return an item with a manufacturing problem.
They have now also blocked me on WhatsApp. Can someone contact me please

I ordered 2 hoodies on March 30 and the date of writing this is April 17 and I have not received any tracking information or anything about any delays. Each time I contacted them asking I was just told “My order is in processing” both times I’ve requested any information.
