This is a scam! Money taken out of my account and I haven't received any information about the products that were bought 2 weeks ago.

AVOID!! Still trying to get my money back for a rugby top returned in January! Customer service is shocking. Phone number is inactive & they won't reply to any emails!

If I could put no stars I would. This is yet another online scam. I am still waiting for the rugby hoodie my kids bought their dad for Father’s Day. The tracking number I received didn’t work. Scamming and stealing from children… what lovely human beings. Lowest of the low.

Scammed by ukrugbystore.com. DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THESE CROOKS! Ordered a shirt for my son for Christmas 24/11/24. Never arrived. Emailed twice and received identical emails saying there was a problem with our address, and one saying there was a sticker on the parcel saying "missed delivery" and parcel was undeliverable. Tried calling the store - number won't connect. They said I would be credited. Nothing.

Order was delivered to the wrong address, despite saying they had corrected the delivery address. When I contacted to see if they would assist me, response was:

"Hi,

thank you for getting in touch with us. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund this order as it is showing as delivered.

You would need to contact Royal Mail or the address.

Completely unhelpful, and I feel I have been ripped off as I have received no order and I am £29.29 out of pocket. Do not use this company, AVOID!

Ordered A Jersey, Money was taken from account, confirmation email received. heard no updates, so thought I'd check tracking which said my order was cancelled.

Emailed them, got a reply saying item was OOS and my refund is processing. Don't know if I'll ever see it again.

Spend an extra couple of quid and order it from somewhere legit.

I wouldn't leave a star .

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.This company doesn't deserve 1 star. Terrible customer service. Ordered a rugby top for Christmas but it was too small. Sent it back for a refund and 2 months later I'm still waiting for the money. I've sent countless emails and the telephone number on the website doesn't work. I'm £85 out of pocket and I don't think I'll ever see that money.

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered a coat, took about 4 weeks to arrive. Was too big so swapped the size - cost a fiver to return and another fiver to get a replacement. Another few weeks wait and the smaller size arrived. My 14 year old nephew has worn the coat for all of 2 weeks - the seam has ripped and the zip's broken. All in all it's cost me £100 for a fake Sale Sharks coat of terrible quality. When I've complained, the response is that the coat's been worn so there's nothing they can do. AVOID THIS COMPANY AND SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!

I purchased a rugby shirt. I wore it twice only for a couple of hours both times. Sadly the shirt has worn badly in a number of places. It's not even been in the washing machine yet. So I contacted ukrugbystore asking for a refund or a replacement shirt. I sent them photos showing where the wearing was but despite that, ukrugbystore have said they will not refund or replace. Shame on them selling defective goods.

Ordered hoodie was far too big ordered November 2024 took 3 weeks to be delivered sent back few days after receiving you have to pay to send back good job I paid for tracked delivery back for return picture from royal mail shows parcel on top of crate of parcels outside contacted company regarding refund was told this would be processed sent message again asking for refund no reply. Ended up having to go through PayPal for refund good job sent back tracked signed for postage and through PayPal only just got refund yesterday feel sorry for people who have just sent back normal post and paid via their card would not recommend this company at all will not be ordering again after seeing returns picture of crate outside with returns piled up it would be easy for them to say they haven't received it just ahead up

Scam company! If you have done the sensible thing and checked the reviews before doing business with these people, then do your self a favour and avoid like the plague. They will lie through their teeth about lead times on products and when something you ordered doesn't arrive when it's supposed then they will not accept cancellations and they will not communicate with you. Money grabbing scum! Do not be fooled by the legit looking website!

Shockingly bad company. Ordered on 4th October - Delivered 1st November.

If I could give this useless company zero, or negative, stars I would. They are obviously well out of their depth and, although a reasonably slick front end web store, with very swift and efficient payment system, the actual delivery of the product is a complete shambles. They give the impression of it being a couple of people working out of their spare room.

Their customer service is shoddy at best and downright misleading, bordering on lying, at worst. 2 weeks after ordering, they were unable to even give me an idea of when it might be received - then they refused formal requests to cancel + refund me as shirt ordered was personalised, despite them not actually having bought in or personalised the shirt at that time. They then lied about delivery dates on at least 3 occasions (very amateurish emails on file) stating such as " will be with you this week" - it was actually despatched 6 days later + received 3 days after that.

I have copies of correspondence with this 'company' (who are very shady at best) and can only give negatives for every single aspect of their operation: sadly, this appears as 1 star which over-rates them enormously.

Walk away; do not give them a single penny; just use someone else that isn't these masquerading under a different name or website - if it looks similar then JUST WALK AWAY

Avoid! Please do not purchase. This company will not refund you if you are not happy with the quality of your item.
I bought a rugby top that had flaws. I contacted the company and had to pay for return ( which I should be able to claim back as the item is faulty). I used a trackable service via Royal Mail but they have not refunded me. Emails from 'Kelly' saying that they have escalated my concern have not resulted in a return of my money.

These are not real football/Rugby tops!!! Do not buy from this website it is an absolute scam, took 7weeks to receive my order, terrible communication and no number to contact. When my goods arrived I realised I paid £65 for a bloody fake top.

Why this website is still operating I have no idea.

Bought a personalised Rugby shirt from them, however when it came it was not the same colour as printed on the website. £55 and now my son won't wear it as it isn't the real thing! If it was the same colour he wouldn't have been bothered at all, as the printing on it was brilliant. Really bummed, waste of £55.

Scam. Avoid. Please an order which hasn't been deliver. Customer service phone number list isn't connected. No ability to cancel the order online.

Can anyone help here? Do you have an address for ukrugbystore.com Head office or Warehouse? Do you have a name, address, contact details for the owner or director(s). The contact number on their website does not work! They no longer reply to e-mails.
I am owed £82 for a refund coming up for six months ago now, so I've run out of time for a credit card refund (120 days). Initially I received replies to my e-mails from "Simon" but lately no replies at all - just ignored. Any information you can provide to help me make them accountable would be much appreciated.

Concept South Africa rugby top bought in November 2023. Finally arrived mid December, and it was just awful. Paper thin cheap material and didn't look like the pictures (different collar design, pattern was off, badge was different). The kind of cheap nasty top I wouldn't even pay £5 for on holiday at the beach. Top was returned, yet here I am now at the end of March writing this review as I am still awaiting my refund. UKRugbystore have the returned item, as per postage tracking, and keep advising they will escalate the situation to management to speed up the refund process. How about you actually start the process, never mind speed it up. Do not purchase anything from this store. Terrible products and even worse service.
