I made my purchase on the 6th of December and today the 18th, I have yet to receive it despite the delivery saying two days tracked postage. It's not tracked as I cannot source where it is. I've emailed twice and have received no response. The items were gifts and needed by Friday the 22nd. I'm starting to wonder if I will receive them. Can safely say I will never ever order from them again

Ordering online was very easy. Fast delivery. Would use again.

Not happy with the service. I emailed twice and called on 3 days different days, left a message into the voicemail to exchange for 2 pairs of shoes. Nobody picks up the phone or answer my emails or returns my calls. Not a serious business. 😡 😤😭

Everyone should have a pair of Ruby Shoo shoes in their lives they are absolutely stunning. So comfortable to wear I love my Valerie Rose shoes and can’t wait to make my next purchase.

Absolutely shocking quality for the price, I had them a week and the heel came off, emailed to get help and had nothing back so customer service is not great either.

Shoes received very quickly, unfortunately my ‘usual’ size was too small.

Shoes came in a timely manner and informed when they would arrive. Glad I read the reviews and followed the advice and got a size up and they fit a treat. They are beautiful

The new owners have horrible customer service, too. We received a polka-dot purse that wasn't quality controlled and sent out with polka-dots that weren't all round on the bottom half. We emailed and initially they responded. And then ghosted us. We called and no answer. We emailed much later to say we were disappointed with their customer service and the product. No reply. No we're sorry and we'll do what we can to make this right and earn back your trust. Such a shame.

Great experiance. unfortunatly had to return the beautiful shoes. Was refunded no hassle. Have worn ruby shoo shoes for years, so comfy and different, but since breaking my foot it wouldnt fit in the shoe. :(
