The best cup I've ever used!
It took me a minute to get used to the firmness after getting it, but I love this cup! For some reason when I first got it, it felt different from the other times I used it, but it feels just right now. Its definitely my Goldilicks cup! Thank you for a product with the perfect firmness!

The cup was very easy to use & I don’t even use a pantyliners when I wear it! The period pants are amazing too. Very comfy and not too wet. I originally had trouble with the cup leaking at first but I followed the tips on the pamphlet it came with (twisting & pulling right and left) and it fixed the problem instantly. The cup (medium) was the perfect size (I am 22) and while I originally thought the end would be too long. It was perfect. Customer service is also veryy nice!! I will never recommend another women’s brand except this!! AMAZING COMPANY & PRODUCTS!!!!!!

Very easy to use and effective product in my opinion. It is my second time buying with Ruby Cup and I tried a few other brands in the meantime but I prefer this one. Fast delivery. Slightly pricy but 100% worth the investment for me. Bought a microwaveable tub to clean my cup which is also a game changer.

Product&material are great, size difficult
After being a fan of my first Ruby Cup for years before my pregnancy and birth and constantly advertising it, I decided to buy a new Ruby Cup again. The new sizes confused me and I tried very hard to choose the right one using the quiz and the measurements of my first Ruby Cup. Unfortunately I was unsuccessful and now I am annoyed about it every month and feel neither comfortable nor securely protected. I can't explain why the size is now unsuitable, as I also used my first Ruby Cup reliably after giving birth. The quality is great and the product would definitely be worth the money if it was the right size, especially in terms of the social component behind it, but in my specific case I'm really disappointed and a bit at a loss as to what to do.

I use these cups since 8 years. Got the first new one one sice bigger after 8 years. The first one is still perfectly fine to use, just the colored changed a little

It's a good thing to have, especially as the company automatically send one to someone else who is in 'need.' the maybe 'downside' is that it is only usable? for 8 or 9 hours so you have to plan your day, though it's good to hear that it is vegan :) would be nice if you had a thing along the lines of "Had Children - size 2, Under 25 - size 1"
As I've not had kids but AM 37! I use size 1 solely for the fact that I have not had children.
There is a company called "organic" (or something like that) their cups are useable for 12 hours so I use that at bedtime and comes in a cardboard box. :)

This is my second Ruby cup, they’re my favourite. Only four stars because the untracked postage was soooo slooow. Not 9-12 business days. I ordered it on the 8-8-24 and received it on the 3-9-24. So some 18 business days. I haven’t even used it yet because it arrived after my period finished.

Great rigidity but stem grip needs improvement
The silicone is ridged enough to pop into place and doesn't leak. I do wish there was a better stem like a loop. My grip is weak and hard to pull out withthe suction. I have to pinch really hard with my nail to pull it out enough to pinch the cup and release the suction. Also the bag that it comes with is ok.

I ordered from the US and one of my packages was lost in the mail. I completely a form and within a day Ruby Cup had another package in the mail for me. EXCELLENT customer service! Their products are also top quality. This is the only menstrual cup I have been able to actually use.
