I had a great experience. From the get go, I had many questions but all of them were answered. I have a narrow hallway as soon as you enter so I was worried it won’t fit. Again I was put at ease that if anything were to happen I can return the sofa. Luckily it didn’t come to that. I love my new sofa and the delivery was very fast and arranged with me on a suitable day.

We ordered 3 & 4 seater sofa. They were dilivered on time. Great quality sofas, big enough for our small family

It took us forever to find the right sofa for our house and then we found Rubeza. Great price, great quality, and quick delivery. We went with the Scott line of sofa and it is perfect for our home. They were quick to answer questions and their online portal was easy to use.

I came across Rubeza on Instagram through advertisement and after seeing all reviews and products I decided to order to try them out and they truly do not disappoint the best quality sofas, super comfy and excellent fast delivery!

I was looking for a sofa when moving house and decided not to go to the usual chain stores as I wanted something individual and stylish. Rubeza range is excellent and the sofa is superb. Quality is great and it looks brilliant in my living room. Their communication was great from purchasing through to delivery.

I purchased our sofa and within two weeks it arrived by courier. We loved it that much we have now purchased the matching footstool.

I recently ordered a sofa from Rubeza. I was a bit wary about ordering a sofa online but really liked the sofas on the website. I ordered a sample that arrived in a few days and then placed the order on 5 September. I then received a text 10 minutes after i placed the order asking if would be available that Thursday for the delivery. I was expecting to wait weeks for delivery so was very happy with how quickly the sofa was delivered. When it arrived the drivers put it together. I love the way the sofa looks, the quality and how comfy it is. I would recommend Rubeza if you a looking for a new sofa

I purchased the Rubeza Sofia Left Hand Facing Big Corner Sofa in Warm Sand in June 2021, it’s been over a year now and believe me I’ve sat on this sofa for hours on end and even slept on it.
My cat scratches everything in it’s path but has never laid a paw on the sofa due to the material.
The sofa has held up very well for over a years worth of use.
I would definitely recommend the company and their customer service is spot on!

Undoubtedly, this company is one of the best. I ordered a sofa and coffee table. I am extremely satisfied with the way of ordering they are completely friendly the way of shipping was amazing without any difficulties , the quality of the material is good as the pictures I saw on website.They’re behaviours with the customer and all other aspects of the work is brilliant.
Quick delivery with hard working man was adorable.

Great customer service. Order arrived quickly and was easy to track. Delighted with sofa and ottoman and would recommend them!

The whole process has been a breeze. Amazing communication, quick delivery and the sofa is amazing quality! Delivery men kept me updated on the day, really kind and even assembled it.

Really delighted with my sofa, it was higher quality than I expected, the best value for money I've found. It's very comfortable too, not too soft or firm, much nicer than the big high street shops where I originally looked. There was slight issue importing to Ireland due to Brexit, but Rubeza sorted this out immediately, and they delivered 2 weeks faster than predicted. Very happy customer

We ordered our sofa on the 29th of November 2021 and we’re told that the delivery would be in two weeks. Two weeks pass and no sofa. A few calls later and we were told that only part of the ordered had arrived and would I like to accept delivery. Never in my life have I known anyone to accept half an order especially a sofa. Months went by and the same message of your sofa will be here on this date but that date came and passed. 4 weeks ago I received an email to say our sofa had arrived and the delivery team would be in touch to arrange delivery between the 10th and 23rd of May. No call, no email or text arrived. I called Rubeza who gave me a phone number that just goes straight to answer phone. Because of the dates they gave me I got rid of my old sofa. I received a message last night saying delivery will now be between the 4th and 15th of June 2022. Am sorry but that’s just not good enough. Stay as far away from this company as you can!!!!! Over 6 months waiting on a sofa and chair. Customer service is terrible and half the time only contact via email!!!

Ordered sofas in January 2022 and delivery was expected by April 2022. As we approach June 2022 there is no delivery date from this company and they have given me very poor excuses about why my order is not with me yet. Firstly because the vessel is delayed after confirming to me that my sofas had arrived in April. They then said it’s a system error and it has not arrived and is expected on 7 May. You would expect that once it’s received in 7 May, they would be arranging delivery asap given the delay caused by their company but even as we approach June they have made no effort to deliver my sofas and now blame their delivery company for causing further delays. I don’t believe that my sofas have even arrived and Beth at customer service is the most inconvenient person to be dealing with. We had driven all the way to Dudley from Manchester to see the sofas and reassure ourselves that this is a legitimate company but they have let us down massively. I have no idea if my sofas have even arrived or when I will be getting them. When questions are asked they constantly say the delay of the vessel or the delivery company is not under their control.

This company has caused me so much stress and we are still waiting to hear from the manager who does not have the courtesy to explain himself or resolve the issue.

I would never shop with Rubeza again - avoid at all costs.

* Update *

After leaving this review, Rubeza emailed me to say that my sofas had not arrived to the UK (after confirming several times it was received on 7 May). They have confirmed that the vessel is due on 1st June and delivery will be on an unconfirmed date after 4th June.

I have cancelled my order.
