Office Printer collection from 3rd floor, no lift!!
Booked a collection of some office items including a massive office printer that was on the 3rd floor with no lift. The collection did have to be rearranged because the truck was full, but I did book late morning, so it was understandable that the truck got full and had to unload. The pick up was between the hours I was given and 2 guys that were super friendly and professional collected in a swift and professional manner. Very happy with the price and the service.

This is the third or fourth time of using Rubbish Collectors Ltd, and every time the service has been excellent. Polite staff, and they just get on with the job. This morning I had nearly a ton of builders waste in a third floor flat, they came up multiple times, delivered to the Foyer, and then disposed of it, no mess and no damage. Highly recommended.

Very expensive
The guys were good who came and collected the rubbish. Hard work in the rain. But sales tactics are, fish them in with a low price and then charge them the excess weight when they come on the day. The service was very expensive and I wish that I had hired a skip instead. You live and learn.

Absolutely amazing service. I was kept very well informed via email by team from the beginning right through to the morning of the rubbish clearance. The two gentlemen that came were very friendly, took care when taken apart the furniture whilst respecting my home and was very quick. I would definitely use this service again when needed and recommend to friends and family.

Large sofa removal
Although I had challenges paying with credit card online and had to do it over the phone, they were more responsive than any of the other providers I contacted particularly on the issue of having to saw the sofa in half to get it out of the building. Excellent removals service
I have used Rubbish Collectors several times and they are always very efficient, very polite and good! I only had one small thing with today's removal, which was calling to check if they were on their way when there was just 15mins before the end of my two hour window. It would be good if there was a direct number to contact the removals people who are in transit themselves, as the sales team made it clear they couldn't help me track the actual removals guys to see how close they were. Or perhaps if you could have an app so one could track the removal team.

They charged me £272 for removal of 6 units and a toilet, I don’t have words for it.
I had the bloke ring me up and say it’s more than 400 kg in weight and it will be another £70, the best part is they give a 10% discount on the original quote then hit you with the additional when they turn up, what a fit up only took 10 mins to complete the job, have they heard of trading standards, what goes around comes around

Given that the weight of your waste exceeded the stated threshold, it appears that the additional fee was justifiable and within the terms agreed upon.
Furthermore, the assertion that the job took "only 10 minutes" overlooks the broader logistical operations involved, including transportation, vehicle maintenance, labor costs, and proper recycling. These factors contribute significantly to the overall service cost.
While your frustration is understandable, it appears that we have acted within reasonable and transparent business practices. I suggest that this matter does not warrant such a severe negative review. Perhaps re-evaluating the service within the context of these operational realities would be more balanced and fair.
