they changed the umbrella company in feb 2025, workers got no choice.

it turned out they take the costings out of our daily wage which is over £30 less every week compared with the pay we’ve got from the old umbrella company.

kept clarifying with all the parties but got no reasonable reply.

costings should be taken from the assignment pay rate from school to agency but not from workers’ daily pay rate. (which it’s what happened before, it just changed with the new umbrella company now)

Wonderful experience so far. Great staff who are willing to connect you to opportunities and provide help when necessary. Awesome organization.

I liked the regular check ins from staff of RTriibe to find out how my day was going.

Firstly, you subscribe to their training, and that bills you monthly. If you cancel the subscription, they will inform you a job just came up and you need to complete a training immediately to get booked for the job, so you can subscribe again. They book you for shifts and cancel immediately or within 2 minutes of your acceptance. Don't waste your time and subscription money here.

I had been my first day work TA with rTriibe at Hayfield school in yesterday. Great experience, enjoyed the day, understanding staff, fantastic experience,and also nearest that schools want to telling thanks for the rTriibe team, I am lucky because work with rTriibe team.

I had my first shift today as a Cover Supervisor through rTriibe at Rainford High School, and it was an absolutely brilliant experience. The school environment was welcoming, the students were respectful, and the staff were supportive throughout the day.

I also want to thank the rTriibe team for their clear communication and for making the onboarding process smooth and stress-free. From the training modules to the booking system and consultant support, everything was professional and efficient.

I have had continuous work with Rtribe since I started, almost a year ago now. They are always helpful when I have any questions. The staff are always friendly and attentive when I have spoke to them over the phone.
