I was floored! I live person called me!

Mark is simply amazing. I received a courtesy call after placing my order. A live person doing long distance business relations the old fashioned way, that's a star in my book! In a world of internet shopping and staring at these little flat brains we call phones for email confirmations and what not; it was nice to actually use my phone as a phone. The minor issue with my order is too miniscule to mention and Mark resolved it quickly when I called him back with the correction needed. I've already told a few friends about this experience and we'll be using R.S. Hughes for our epoxy adhesives. The quality of product is important when working with composites and we aren't disappointed yet. Just placed another order this morning.

we had several packages that leaked because of how it
was packaged for shipping. we requested a corrective action and it's been 3 months and haven't heard back from quality department.

I placed an order for 12 saws and they did not inform me until the date they were suppose to be delivered that they were out of stock, and that is only because I had emailed them asking where my order was. Horrible customer service! I would not recommend this company to anyone.
