Our representative was polite

Our representative (Jason Kerr) was polite, clear and concise, explained our options perfectly whole also answering all of our questions.

Because of him, we accomplished what we needed and now have the next appointment scheduled.

Excellent service

Being able to swiftly speak to an advisor is a real blessing in these AI dominated days.
It was no more than a couple of minutes before I got through to Greta who was one of the most polite, helpful and efficient advisors at any company I have ever spoken to.

My problem was resolved but I waited too long to be put through.

The people I spoke to were very help and responded appropraitely and positively to my enquiry. This was followed up promptly by an email confirmation. I cannot fault them.

It was, However, annoying to have wait a long time to be put through to the relevant persons. The call took 30 minutes when it should have taken 5-10 minutes. the time taken to answer calls could be much improved.

Professional, Friendly and Exceptionally Helpful

I recently had the pleasure of speaking with Rachel Abberdsley at Royal London Annuity Bureau, and I can't thank her enough for the help she gave me.

I was feeling quite confused about my annuity options and wasn't sure what I needed to do. Rachel immediately put me at ease with her friendly, light-hearted approach and took the time to explain everything in plain English. She listened patiently to my concerns, answered every question without making me feel rushed, and found solutions that completely cleared up the worries I had.

It's rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such a warm and approachable manner. By the end of the conversation I felt informed, confident and reassured that I was making the right decisions.

Rachel is a real credit to Royal London Annuity Bureau, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend both her and the company. Thank you again for making what I thought would be a stressful experience so straightforward.
