The people I spoke to were very help and responded appropraitely and positively to my enquiry. This was followed up promptly by an email confirmation. I cannot fault them.
It was, However, annoying to have wait a long time to be put through to the relevant persons. The call took 30 minutes when it should have taken 5-10 minutes. the time taken to answer calls could be much improved.
