Great Customer Service

I have had a pension plan for a number of years with Royal London and have always found any member of staff that I have had to speak to helpful however, today I had to make a call where the query was beyond the norm and I thought it would be complicated! However, Scarlet Chamberlain who handled my call explained EVERYTHING very concisely, very clearly and made the whole process simple and straightforward. I would always recommend Royal London as I have always found the company very good to deal with and my pension well looked after I would also add the staff are very helpful and kind and today Scarlet was excellent I hope that Scarlet is rewarded somehow for her positive attitude, her enthusiasm, her commitment and kindness and her professionalism she is a huge asset to Royal London and well done to whoever trained and manages Scarlet this is a great team. Thank you everyone at Royal London and especially Scarlet you did yourself proud

Great Service

Michael was very pleasant on the phone…

Michael was very pleasant on the phone and made me feel at ease , especially when I said I was leaving work and retiring early due to health issues. He was efficient and very helpful, not only making the transaction easy to do, but helping me sort one of my other accounts out, by putting me through to a lady to help with that account, she was also very helpful. He offered me support all the way through . He is very good at his job and If I need to call again , I would definately ask to speak with him for help.

Knowledgeable member of retirement teame only negative was waiting for over…

The only negative was waiting for over 20 minutes for the phone to be picked up
All my issues were resolved.
Jamie in the retirement team was very thorough and understanding of my requirements
Took time to explain my chosen options and where I could go for further advice .
Booked the follow up phone appointment I required.
Apart from the very long wait to be answered a very good experience.
