Royal lets a warning

Royal lets, are amazing, helpful and really nice. UNTIL... you have an issue.
I could write a long list of grievances, but there is not enough time or space, from random visits, incorrect paper work, not doing repairs, and not being honest.
But it was all reasonably okay until we gave notice to move out.
Then a inventory list magically appeared with stuff on it was never there or done.
Needless to say tenants be aware you will never get your deposit back.
