Fantastic choice and great quality products. Customer service is beyond impeccable. I asked loads of questions as never used contacts before, every question was answered quickly, kindly and professionally. They sent me the link to a video to show me how to put contacts in. Already made a 2nd order, I cannot wait. Highly, highly recommend 🩷

Absolutely fantastic, customer service is next level. the contacts i wanted were out of stock, but a member helped me pick a replacement, their recommendation was the perfect solution and the contacts themselves are so soft and comfortable. Delivery was wonderfully quick and packaging was perfect. i cannot wait to buy more

I've never worn lenses before, and certainly hadn't tried coloured lenses. The range on Beautifeye is huge, and I was struggling to narrow my choice - nice problem to have :)
I've ordered twice now from Beautifeye, and both times the lenses have arrived within a couple of days. Free delivery, great value, I'll definitely be back!

I’ve been buying contact lenses from beautifeye for a while now and I’ve only ever received one faulty lens which they helped me with straight away. Customer service was great they were very polite and sent me a replacement lens the next day! It’s by far my favourite website for contacts lenses as they ship quickly the contacts are very comfortable to wear and the customer service is great! ✌🏻

I ordered the Big Eye Evening Grey Coloured Contact Lenses, and yes they make your eye seem bigger but they also do not fit the eye and blur my vision every time I blink. Poor fitting lenses can really damage the eyes.

I tried to get a refund as these lenses are unusable, no luck so far. I was told that I could get a discount on another pair of smaller lenses. Although spending more money on the same website is not what I was looking for.

The lenses are great, and the delivery is truly always fast. There have been a couple of times where communication has been unfortunately slow, but usually you get email responses within a few hours.
Replacements do get sent for faulty lenses, and I’ve had my eyes checked by an optician after wearing various lenses from Beautifeye for 4-8 hours every day for a fair while and my eyes are still perfectly healthy, so you know the quality is good.

I’ve ordered something like 9 or 10 pairs of different lenses from here now and they’re all great, definitely recommend the White Zombie lenses, they really stand out and make an impact.

I will continue to purchase my lenses from Beautifeye.
