Very happy with service and quality of the product.

I do not recommend this company to anyone because they are not serious, they are irresponsible. I ordered tiles from them for the garden, I paid, after which I was told that I would have the tiles in a week. I have the tiles delivered I received a message that the tiles were sent wrongly from the UK then I had to wait another 10 days for them to deliver my order to my home and instead of three pallets of tiles they brought me only one The same situation that happened it happened to me, it also happened a year ago to another acquaintance of mine, so I don't recommend this company, be careful where you order and who you buy from

Customer service at its best. I recently bought premium Italian porcelain slabs for my patio. These guys were amazing from start to finish.

Slabs arrived early In perfect condition and they went out of their way to get them to me asap to align with guy laying the patio.

I recently changed my plans and ordered a few more and again they have gone out of their way to get them to me quickly.

Very impressed by this company and would highly recommend.

Would highly recommend royale stones. I had visited other stores but never had a doubt that I would choose here. We went for the Marbella patio stones for a finish. I just need to lay them now 🤗

I’m delighted with our tiles from Royal Stones. They have a really stylish range of tiles at great prices. The staff were always friendly providing lots of samples and advice in the decision making process. We ended up with one different tile to our original order due to stock issues but we were refunded the price difference and it worked out really well. I would definitely recommend.

Really excellent customer service and prices. The tiles i ordered were out of stock unfortunately but I was contacted with alternatives and given a more expensive tile for the price I originally paid. Really friendly staff and delivery driver. Would definitely buy from them again.

Before finding Royal Stones I had looked for these cobblestones at several different providers.

Initially, my ideal colour wasn't available but I was reassured by Vishal that they would be bringing them in again in a few weeks.

Sure enough, when I got back in touch, they were in stock. I ordered them and they arrived precisely when they said they would, by their delivery partner (who were great, as it was on heavy pallets, the driver wanted to ensure they were in the correct place)

I am based in Tyrone and I would say that Royal Stones provided the best value of any supplier with excellent delivery.

I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Product I got was not of good quality, the vinyl flooring fell apart within few months there are gapsin flooing, bubbled up at joints even though there is no water leakage of spilage or anything like that...

The sales service of Royale is good. Last time, I entered a more than enough amount of tiles for my backyard , they were very patient to listen and make serval changes for me. They also arranged refund and provided all necessary information so that I was able to check with my bank. This time, I make another purchase for a very small project and the sales consultant demonstrates same patience and diligent.

They have nice collection, I had a wonderful experience dealing with them. Sales person was very nice, helpful and patient. Buying went smooth, items arrived on time. After sale experience is great too

We have used them on numerous occasions for the last 3 years always an amazing service and easy to get hold of. We have done our own back garden with the porcelain tiles and also my mothers.
