Quality needs improvement across…
Quality needs improvement across several areas to meet expected standards. There are noticeable inconsistencies in execution that impact overall reliability and the user experience. Greater attention to detail is needed, as some errors could have been avoided with more thorough review and testing. Customer service should also be more polite and respectful across all communication channels, as interactions can sometimes come across as abrupt. Appalling delivery service
Appalling delivery service. Materials just dumped at my front gate of the house, delivery drivers did not call me or knock on my front door to let me know they were there or to sign for delivery or ask me where I wanted it left resulting in expensive material being left on my front lawn. As my tiler is not arriving for a week, I have to carry each of the bags into a secure location myself. Very disappointing after paying €60 for delivery. When I complained Tile Merchant referred to ‘kerbside delivery’ as the excuse, however this was not made clear to me when ordering and as a matter of basic courtesy I would expect the driver to let me know they had arrived rather than leaving the delivery right at my gate.

Website is not updated properly. We ordered a panel as it said it was in stock but later got an email saying it was in fact not in stock. We had to choose another panel which we weren’t keen on. Good quality material but very poor website stock.
