Dog food in stock and arrived on time as advised.

Initial, slight issue with order, but Customer Services onto it immediately, contacted me by telephone and email, advised accordingly.

Perfect service all on time

I ordered adult pug food and I was sent cat food.

Purchased this product only to be disappointed by the lack of a resealable strip in the bag, bought many products before from RC, all with the resealable strip. These strips obviously keep the product fresh. I contacted RC and was advised "they are looking at ways to introduce a strip to the product, however this will take time and to use an air tight container." These are already expensive for the size of bag and then to go out and buy a container, I don't think so, would not recommend.

My cats love their Royal Canin food. The quality is good and I am not planning switching to another brand. An area that needs improving is the access to the website. It throws an error unless I am using the incognito option.

Fed my dog on both dry and wet food for about 9 months but kept finding large blue plastic in the wet food. So would not recommend

Delivery delayed twice once at first hub then left three days at second hub although I was informed about these delays

I ordered the food on Friday or Saturday and received it today despite the Bank Holiday yesterday.

Tesla is very happy. Royal Canin is good not just for Tesla but a great seller too.

Delivery is slower than I would like

Started puppy on gastrointestinal puppy mousse recommended by our vet as pup had colitis.
Seemed to help her and she loved it and we decided to mix in the gastrointestinal dry puppy food also recommended to do by our vet.
Unfortunately she was still having diarrhoea on and off mainly at night going a few days with firm Pooh then diarrhoea again which was worrying also a very strong smell of the puppy food in her Pooh.
I decided to take her off the food completely as it seemed too rich for her sensitive tummy and gave her fish and rice along with pro- kolin and pro fiber straight away her poos improved and since moving her to a different food they are firm .
All I can think is she must be allergic to the chicken in the product it says poultry products on the ingredients I did mention to the vet I was worried about her being allergic to chicken which she dismissed little did I know that vets do very little training on nutrition and this particular company throw a lot of money at veterinary practices to promote this product saying it’s the best.

I’m not knocking this food as it might work for other pet owners and I think that’s the key work with what suits your dog best not what the vets recommends I have certainly learnt my lesson after weeks of diarrhoea my poor pup.I don’t believe it was right for my pup as since taking her off it she’s been fine no more diarrhoea so I can only give it one star.

My puppy has had a sensitive stomach for the last 3 month's with several trips to the vets & antibiotics.
Loud gurgling and other really disturbing noises constantly day & night followed by loose poos!
She's had 3 lots of good quality & expensive kibble but hasn't made any difference.
So my last on the list was Royal Canin Gastrointestinal for puppys
Didn't bother with slowly adding her normal food with the new as I had nothing to lose.
Well it was amazing and no exaggerating I noticed the difference within the day!
Her stomach noises disappeared her poos were more solid.
And I have a changed puppy more chilled not barking
so much it's transformed my puppy into a happier dog!!

I have just bought 2 bags of Royal Canin Puppy from you and it cost & £60+ I am not happy only 24.99 at Pets at home for the same bag please look into this

My first attempt at ordering was unsuccessful, due to a technical issue on your website which lasted two days.
However, on the third day of trying, the system had been repaired and I was able to complete the ordering process.
My cocker spaniel puppy is thriving on his Royal Canin kibble and the delivery arrived in good time.

Have used Royal canin dry food for past two years. The current batch is rock hard and doesn't soften in water, which is usually the case.
My cat has severe anal tears and bleeding. If these rock hard substances go into their gut what else can be expected.
My batch was usually from France. But this time I got delivered the batch from South Africa.

Order placed at the weekend. Order acknowledged on Monday. Delivered on Tuesday. All very efficient and trouble free. Great service.
