Happy cat and puppy
My elderly cat loves the 12 plus kibble and my Dachshund puppy loves his kibble too. I also don’t have to worry if they’re getting the nutrients they need.

Great company. Lousy delivery service
Everything is absolutely fine with the product. It’s an excellent food. The website is also well designed.
But guys. Change your delivery partner. They left the 10Kg bag of food that cost £80+ on the street outside my house.
Luckily I was home. But if I wasn’t that was just dumped in the road.

Good prices online for subscriptions
Good prices online for subscriptions. Helpful, as two well known retailers, both with online websites, now only stock some product ranges in the 4 or 10kg weights including their online orders, as well as changing their stocked items
Always receive a notification email that the subscription is due to be dispatched a good week or two before hand and delaying or moving the order up, is easy

The parcel was left at the wrong address and inside a bin. This is unacceptable!!!
Dont leave delivery instructions that leave the driver to leave a parcel in a 'safe space' because to many DPD delivery drivers this means someones bin

If I could give zero stars I would in fact I would give them minus stars I have 3 cats that we were recommended to be put on royal canin and all 3 have become constipated and vomiting I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the food.
