A very positive and easy experience…

A very positive and easy experience from placing the initial order through to setting up the abonnement. The second delivery arrived today, each abonnement order has a 10% discount and the 5th order is for free. The level of customer care is also high, when I first enquired about the abonnement I spoke to a very helpful man on the phone who confirmed how easy the process would be. I cannot fault their system or product, my puppy loves the baby kibble.

Royal Canin did great

Royal Canin did great. My issue is with DPD. They arrived a day late and did NOT notify me by text or email to say when they were coming.

After last month's not so great…

After last month's not so great experience, (dog food delivered instead of cat food, then order part missing when did arrive) this month went much better! Fingers crossed it continues and that was just a blip.

Terrible delivery

Delivery driver delivered to an entirely incorrect block of flats (block 5 not 7, so not even close),left the parcel in the rain exposed on the street, didn't even buzz to check flat was occupied I am working from home and was in at time of delivery. Parcel could have been stolen by anyone walking by, it wasnt in my safe place or anyone's safe place, driver didnt call or text to ask and I was home regardless.

Product is fine BUT . . .

Product is fine. But DPD don't offer a time slot for the delivery. Moreover, if you are not in residence when they deliver they will not arrange another time but take goods to a collection point . . . not convenient!
I'm an octogenarian with osteoarthritis who lives in a flat, one DPD employee left box on ground floor saying they are instructed not to carry goods up flights of stairs. Very poor service. Wish Royal Canin would find another delivery firm . . . Please!

The parcel was delivered late with no…

The parcel was delivered late with no explanation because I was in all day ready to receive it and I’m unhappy with the fact that my cat would without his precious food for too long!

I’m so impressed with the Royal Canin…

I’m so impressed with the Royal Canin joint and ageing chews my dog is the most fussy eater and thinks everything is poisonous and so very hard to give him supplements ect , but he is eating these and what a transformation he’s moving much better and looks healthier too also giving him the digestion one too so thank you Royal Canin

Awful experience! Do not recommend

Delivery was under the wrong name and wrong address, causing major disruption and trouble for us. Do not recommend if you depend on them. Awful first experience.

Poor customer care from delivery company

Driver left parcel on door step, he left it without ringing the doorbell, The usual driver knows that I am disabled and need the package put into my hands as I cannot bend. My road is busy with people passing by and It would be easy for anyone to open the gate and walk off with the parcel. Also there is a large sign asking for people to ring the doorbell nd give me time to answer. When a delivery is due I always watch out for it so the driver doesn’t have to wait too long.

DPD Not everyone has common sense

DPD Not everyone has common sense, I could use one hand to push the boxes over the wall, for SAFETY.

DPD How many random strangers, walk up and down, who could have easily stolen the boxes you left in the yard.

DPD you never paid and will not have the stress, if they were stolen. You never rang the doorbell. I was shocked to ope n the wooden gate and see they had been left so strangers could easily take them.

DPD treat customers as you and your Grandmother should be treated. Use wisdom not haste DPD.

Thanks Sonia for saving the day and ensuring I am okay, with my first order the Royal Canin, I appreciate you.
