missing part
I had an issue with a missing part when my shower cubicle was delivered. I reported this and although I had to wait for a replacement part it was replaced within a few days. I was very grateful for the kind and understanding person dealing with this as I was not very nice if im honest. Good reliable company and I would really recommend them.

the unit was not assembled properly
the unit was not assembled properly, there were gaps. Pictures have been forwarded to the relevant department. We had to pay the fitter £150/- even though no work was carried out, as it was a loss of income to the fitter. The company offered us £50/- compensation.

Amazing company
We placed several orders with Royal Bathrooms for shower trays, shower enclosures, a bath and taps. Every order was fulfilled incredibly quickly, usually within 48 hours. The delivery drivers were always friendly, courteous and professional. When our fitter identified an issue with one of the shower enclosures, I contacted the company. The chap I spoke to on the phone was very helpful suggesting a practical solution. After discussing it with our fitter, he said it was exactly the solution he had been about to recommend himself. From the excellent customer service to the fast delivery, Royal Bathrooms have been a pleasure to deal with. I would happily recommend them.

Royal bathrooms- AVOID!
Order no. 110078627
5 to 6 weeks after our new shower room was installed, by our professional team, the vanity unit has started to degrade. The company lied to us by stating that the installation instructions identified a minimum distance between units. We responded that we have a copy of the instructions and there is no such instruction. They refused to acknowledge their error. The surface of parts of the unit has started to blow and lift. The room is very well ventilated with a new extractor, and because of the weather the large window has been nearly permanently open. The company said it didn't come under the guarantee. Eventually they said they would exchange it but wouldn't discuss an alternative. Then they said they would refund us after they picked the up the faulty unit. We obviously would have to pay for the unit to be removed, find an alternative and pay, again, for installation. Product is not fit for purpose and the company refuse to acknowledge the obvious costs nonsense of having to return an item to receive a refund when it has been plumbed in etc. This is just simple, wilful obstinacy and they don't care about anything but money.
Now I imagine they will respond with a serious of platitudes. They can't ask for more information 'so they can look into it' as they have all the information and the order no. Pathetic. Avoid.

Very impressive company
Very impressive company, prices are great, products are good too with lots of choice. My transaction was smooth and easy, even after I measured wrong and had to return and purchase another one, it was still easy. I should of excepted there offer to help with measuring in the first place! They were really helpful, really fast response on email. And they resolved my mistake easily. Very efficient company with good staff.
The delivery driver was friendly and helpful too! Will definitely recommend and use again.
