Both the official Star Alliance RTW tool and our corporate travel agent failed miserably at booking a specific Star RTW in business. Sheldon nailed it the first try at a great price!

Very quick to respond with flight plan, to our request for round the world flight solution. After identifying time constraints, quickly identified alternate option that worked. Very clear communication re next steps, and pre-travel requirements, including travel insurance.

the seat position on the aircraft
different aircraft have different seating eg Boeing 777 and a boeing 789 compared to an A300 with many different models

We used Roundabout for the first time to book a fairly complex around the world airfare and a SYD-JFK-MCY-DFW-SYD airfare for our daugher to meet us in New York. Madelieine was extremely helpful, knowledgable and gave us options, tweaked the airfares and itineraries to suit and we ended up with an intinerary that we felt was quite reasonably priced and exatly what we wanted. She was also very promt in getting back to us with responses. Woudl be very happy to use again.

Madeleine was very helpful, I told her my dates and places I would be interested in going and she had an itinerary back the next day.

Would definitely recommend as makes planning your trip so much easier!
