Customer service was terrible
Customer service was terrible. The garments received (school created jumper) the threading on both were botched. Loose threads everywhere and the cuff is loose as if the stitching wasn’t done correctly. Poorly made

Amazing 🤩 I got my innovation white polo shirt came yesterday I’m over the moon so now I got 4 polo shirts same brand but other innovation polo shirts I got from another school uniform shop have tape neck labels least I’m happy after I had a old innovation polo shirt it got so many holes in it I had to throw that old innovation polo away
