Ross and Liddell helps the clients really well. If I need to get something sorted, they're just one phone call away, and help out as much as they can.
Of course, some of the things are a bit time constrained due to having to work together with landlords and everything, but other than that it's been great so far.
Apart from the slow response (sometimes only), Ross and Liddell on Byres road has been great.

Finally got an invoicing issue resolved. Invoices need to be made clearer when estimated figures which have been previously paid are billed again. Confusing. Rhiannon managed to get things sorted.

We have been paying for our storage unit on time and in full, yet for almost 7 months, our unit has remained damaged after storm winds. Despite repeated attempts (5–7 times since July) to contact Ross & Liddell for a resolution, we have received no meaningful response—only “we are busy” messages or no reply at all.
It is extremely disappointing that payments are taken reliably while urgent repair issues are ignored. Communication is non-existent, and there seems to be no accountability for customer service.
I hope R&L improves their response and resolution processes for future customers.

After Storm Eowyn hit the UK on the 24 January 2025 this resulted in an adjoining fence at our development in Bridge of Weir with an ajacent local business coming down. Myself and other owners contacted Ross & Liddell to advise. Well no surprise we are still waiting over 9 months later and the said fence is still down. My last contact with Ross & Liddell on the 18 September 2025 their response was they have contacted the contractors for an update and they have advised they will be sending someone out to complete the job this week! As of today the 7th November 2025 the fence is still down and no works have been carried out. We pay a yearly management fee to Ross & Liddell to manage our property development but it does beg the question what they do for our money.

I am a first time property owner and haven’t had to manage factors fees etc before. I was unsure of billing times, costs etc, and Rhiannon couldn’t have been MORE helpful! She answered all of my questions, didn’t make me feel silly for asking the same questions just to get clarity. Genuinely made it so easy and gave me all the necessary information to feel confident in setting up my payments and all details about the account!
