I have contacted R &L on several occasions, absolutely tripe, total disregard of the issues being raised, they quote T&Cs when it suits them, but ignore them when they do not follow their T&Cs.
They create voting systems that do not exist, and state communications have been made to residents when they have not.
It takes them up to a month to get back to you blaming holidays and sickness for the delay
They are not capable of giving a straight answer or being honest in their dealing with residents.
If I could get the rest of the residents to agree I would get them off our estate, I have never experienced such poor inept service
This reply is typical ignorance of the points raised, the reply I received did not answer any of the points I raised, everybody at your company should hang your head in shame with the response attached, this is typically of the bully boy tactics employed and embraced by Ross & Liddell

I had a query about the bill we got from R&L, concretely I was looking for some clarification on the amount of certain works carried out few months ago, as I reckoned the cost was quite too high. I was not aware of all the works that had to be carried out, and the materials used, etc. Candela kindly provided me with all the info I needed even though it took some time to gather. I am very satisfied with how he or she took care of my query. Very professional yet friendly! Thumbs up. Thanks a lot.

First time had proper conversation and bill issue resolution with Ross and Liddell!
Rhiannon was brilliant and very quick, straight to the point. Loved every second of the conversation and actions taken on her side. Professional, helpful, useful.
I would never recommend the company, unless such experiences become constant now, as I had terrible experience in the past disputing charges on every bill.

Very cheeky and abrupt. The tone of there emails and letters are unacceptable and like to use bullying and threatening tactics.
Also the staff on the phone the attitude it’s shocking.

Useless from start to finish. Incapable of listening and subsequently acting on behalf of their customers, but happy to charge a fortune for their non services.
Don’t try and phone, you’ll never get through and their online chat is about as useful as a chocolate teapot.

I am with Ross-Liddell (letting) for two years now and I don't have any complaints whatsoever. For several minor issues contractors were promptly arranged to arrive, electric/gas verification happens on a regular basis.
It seems to me that this page really suffers from the fact that aside from being letting agency, Ross Liddell are also in house maintenance market. I can't provide any feedback on the latter.
