UPDATE:
Following some difficulties I have received a full refund and really good customer support once the initial issues were overcome. The customer service agents were very helpful and the communication has been excellent throughout the returns process.
Just a final word of caution: It cost me £30 for international tracked and signed for postage, so something to keep in mind if you are uncertain.
As I haven't ever used the item I am rating it 3.
Really disappointed at the difficulty in arranging to return this item especially as part of the selling offer is a 90 day returns period.
I have sent three emails asking for details of how to return and obtain a refund asap.
I would not recommend buying from this company and I would not have confidence in the returns process should you need it.

I have bought this Lumi device, thinking that I have nothing to lose as their 30-day guarantee means I have time to test it and send it back for refund if it doesn’t work.
I never used a razor on my face until the instructions stated that it is necessary for a good result. Well, I have more and stronger hair on my chin than on my legs… my skin never looked this bad and
1) I can’t return the device for a refund cause the 72 hours between treatments means their recommended 8-12 times happens over 30+ days. In the hope of “maybe the next treatment will make it better”, after using it 11 times, I ran out of the 30 days.
2) I can’t stop using it cause only the hope left that at some point something happens, the treatment starts working and I get back my face.
I regret buying this device. Please consider it much more carefully than I did… and I was thinking it over for weeks.

I have a problem with the way this company prey on ladies that suffer with excessive unwanted body hair … which can occur due to hormonal imbalances…. This is something that isn’t just an annoyance for many ladies …. It’s a daily mental and emotional torment for many women…..

Michelle if u have no shares within this company.. you need to find another Job that matches your values …. Cause what they claim this product can do …. Will work on a fair haired person who has very thin hair and not rapid regrowth …. It will not be able to deal with hormonal regrowth as it claims to be able to do

My aunt was duped and i was fed up of just seeing it happen over and over again .. so I did research and it was amazing !!! Pls look at genuine reviews my advice is :
Forget looking at any of their own reviews it’s lies and nonsense on their own website
Look at pilot reviews if they are positive look at their other reviews .. if they have reviews on other things they most prob genuine
Take more notice about of the negative reviews …. These are usually genuine … ignore at your own peril

If you are truly desperate ….. look at a book or Instagram page called
the Glucose revolution … this will show you that if u cut out sugar this will greatly Improve your hormone imbalance … think about it … when u have pmt what do usually crave ? A sweet something …. If truth be told and ur suffering how much sugar is in your daily diet …. There is a reason for this and could be the key to sorting out your hormonal problems and therefore reducing the need for products like this …. I hope this helps …

They were very accommodating when I emailed saying I had the wrong address down! I appreciate their flexibility.
I placed an order for $300 worth of products well in advance of Christmas to ensure timely delivery. However, weeks later, the tracking information indicated that the package had been delivered, though it was not received. After reviewing my security footage, it was clear that no delivery had occurred that week.
Upon reaching out to customer service, their response was to suggest that I check with neighbors or nearby apartments, as the system showed the package was delivered. To make matters worse, they then questioned whether the shipping address I provided was correct, even sending me a photo of a different house with a different number on it.
With just six days remaining before Christmas, they advised me to wait another week and suggested that I contact their courier service directly to resolve the issue. I was particularly frustrated, as I already had a photo of my package delivered to the wrong address.
The lack of professionalism and poor customer service response have left me incredibly disappointed. The tone of their emails was dismissive, and their approach to handling the situation was unacceptable.

The product simply doesn’t work for me, even though I should be the perfect user (black hair, white skin).
I followed the instructions carefully, shaving in between treatments, yet after almost 8 weeks I couldn’t see any improvement.
If anything, my hair got worse due to the frequent shaving (I used to wax).
I submitted the satisfaction form but I haven’t received any answer (more than 48 hours have passed). I really want to return my device, I am still on time (less than 90 days have passed since my purchase) but no one is replying.
Beware of all the positive reviews, most of them praise the customer service not really the product!

Unfortunately my lumi overheated and caused skin irritation, however I believe that this product does work through time. After reporting the incident to RoseSkinCo Customer Service they were extremely understanding and helped me sort the issue out straight away. i appreciate their services and do believe even though my product left irritation and overheated, I do believe that their products are valuable, and their quick service extremely exceptional.

I had great customer service. It was helpful, personable and reassuring and my package arrived today in time for Christmas!!
You don't need any scrub cream. Just use this glove to 'scratch' your skin and the dead skin comes off very easily after a warm shower!
I cant testify to the product as I'm just a husband who bought it for my wife but what I can testify to is the amazing customer service you will get once you order the product. Had to change the delivery address and they made it happen so quickly. They are super friendly and super helpful!
So so sweet. They answered to my emails, helped me when I had questions to payment options, and just overall so kind. I did recommend them to family and friends already just with how kind they were and can’t wait to see results once it arrives!! But yeah customer support here is definitely 5 stars. I actually didn’t even think they’d reply to my email, because usually that just doesn’t happen. But they answered every time and quite fast, too!
All the ads I saw before purchasing that product were mentioning that it could fight the facial hairs linked to PCOS (that I’m suffering from), with testimonies of ladies stating that it did wonder…hence why I bought it, but after more than 4 months of use (3/4 times a week) I don’t see any result at all !

While their product didn’t work for me, the customer service team was truly phenomenal. Not only did they honor their warranty, they extended it for me to give me more time with the ipl device to see if it worked for me, which tells me they really do believe in their product. When it still didn’t work after the extension, they fully honored the warranty, as well as offering additional options. I’ve never had another company do that. I’m giving 4 stars because the actual product was not effective for me, but the customer service is like a million stars.

I had a great experience, not only with the products, but with customer service. I bought the Lumi a few months ago and I HIGHLY recommend! It works great and I saw less hair growth each week. I loved this product so much that I thought to try more of their products, so I added the Petal Device and Lotion.
