Absolutely amazing customer service. I ordered a machine that was recommended to me, but when I realised it was IPL (which hasn't worked for me in the past), I tried to return it. I'm based in the UK, so it was going to cost me a lot to return it securely. As a goodwill gesture, Marseille gave me a full refund and actually apologised that I had to go to the trouble of trying to figure out the best way to post back the product. As a single mother who tends to struggle managing all the responsibilities I have to juggle in my daily life, I was nearly moved to tears by how the company lifted one of a few burdens I have to shoulder. Thank you so much, Roseskinco. Wish all companies were half as good as you.

First of all I love the packaging and presentation of the product, so feminine. And I love the fact that even if it doesn’t work out for you they return your money back. For me, it actually worked, I’ve seen fantastic results, I haven’t finished the 12 weeks but I’ve seen changes. My skin looks smoother than ever.

Reading other reviews, it seems to work for other people, so I have no idea why it wasn't working for me. I have very pale skin and brown hair, maybe my hair is just not quite dark enough? I have no idea. Anyway, although I ended up returning my device, I was offered support throughout, and the customer service I received was friendly and fast. I appreciate that very much. So even though the device didn't work for me, I would recommend the company, they were helpful and stayed true to their 90-day return policy.

I loved working with them and their products. I used the Lumi permanent laser hair removal along with thei glow glove and the ale coco lotion. I absolutely loved it!
Not only I’m I already seeing results with more silky smooth skin and color correction. Also it allowed me to have laser hair removal from the comfort of my home without having to deal with strangers to do it. Perfect for shy birds like me!

Since I first ordered the OG device for my wife, we have been supported by this company. Although we are going through some challenges to find the effectiveness of the device. I have to translate the instructions into Spanish because she's in a different country and right now I'm in the United States. Both Sheena and Marseille have been very helpful in making sure that I have a PFD of the instructions to accomplish the translation. I will be visiting my wife again soon and hopefully we have success this time.

The ipl system is great!
I’m not one of these types of people who spiel a load of bollocks for money and views okay, but the ipl system actually works…
I was skeptical at first that it would hurt and that it is just some sort of fad to profit off but after 2-3 weeks i can actually see results and because my hair is like thick wire on my chin I’ve tried everything…shaving every two days, bleach, waxing, tweezing, threading, epilation (ouch, do not recommend) and even some rubbish hair removal cream that stunk to high heaven.
The device is super dinky looking like it’s not bulky doesn’t take up much space on my vanity, it’s a really nice matte finish which is good for grip as I have crap joints…even got a nifty sensor which detects when it’s on your skin so I don’t blind myself from guess work…long wire so I don’t have to yank it out the socket when I do the other side, thus avoiding a catastrophic electrical fire.
But I will warn that if you hair is **slightly** longer, then the device will burn the hair and it stinks (tried and tested) and wear sunglasses while you’re using it because it’s a very bright flash, so bright it killed a fly in my room…so if it can kill a fly then it would be a breeze for little hair follicles.
Delivery takes a while but that can’t be helped.

I wanted to buy this and was excited to receive a discount code for 30% off. However after *multiple* attempts the discount code doesn’t work (says not a recognised code) SO I asked for help and the reply I got back was ‘put the code in the box’ which was obviously frustrating and unhelpful. I find the pricing confusing too striking out the price when there’s 15% off. Please stop that or be clearer with how you price it. Really want to try so this is a last ditch olive branch at fixing this issue.

This device works nicely, dry, on my face, but does not work so well, dry, on my body. However, it is effective so I like it a lot. Also, it is light and does not damage my face when I use it (dry). For use on the body, other than on the face, I would suggest using a shaving gel/foam/oil. If you don't wear it out by using it, dry, on the body, other than on the face, it should still work well wet, on the body, other than on the face.
