Poor delivery left Rose damaged
This rose was a memorial rose sent to the wife of our friend who passed away suddenly. This is the message I got from her “ The box was upside down so all the soil and flower were lying at bottom rather than the way it said up right lol and left on doorstep in the full sun …” very careless delivery I’m afraid and upsetting in the circumstances

Roses absolutely beautiful but missed the delivery date which was specifically chosen to be delivered on a nominated date…. Hence the gift couldn’t be given when intended and obviously spoilt the surprise.

Very upset and disappointed it…
I ordered a Happy Birthday rose and it said 3-5days delivery so I ordered in plenty of time, but then it said it was 3-5 days after it had been dispatched from the nursery, still thought I had plenty of time. The first order did not arrive. I contacted you and you could not track order and said you would send one out 24 hour delivery. You did not do this. Then I had a message to say delivered and it was n not. Said it had been scanned as delivered by accident and I did not receive until next day. It was too late so very disappointed.
