I ordered a bag for my mother for Mother’s Day, not sure if she would like it or not, and she loves it! She now has a pocket for everything and can keep organized! The bag also looks great and is made with wonderful materials. I will be ordering myself one very soon!

I purchased 2 handbags from R and J, one for myself and 1 for my daughter. I read the return policy just in case. My daughter didn’t like the bag for practical and aesthetic reasons. It was never used. The refund process was awful. I was asked why I wanted to return it, them to provide pictures. I explained the problem and sent pics showing it was unused and untouched. Then I was told to ship it bag to China! The bag was $89. Why would I spend a fortune shipping it to China! This was mentioned NOWHERE in the refund policy. STAY AWAY! I am disputing the charge through my credit card carrier.

Just wanted to let everyone know that I loved the Riley bag so much I went back and bought the Dorothy.

I ordered the Kiara bag in dark blue, i ordered the smaller one, it came well packaged, it was exactly as described. I like the size and im very happy with it, it will work very well for me

BEWARE! The Rose & Josie company took my money, but it's been three weeks, no purse (there's been plenty of emails stating they are 'stitching it' though) - no response to the numerous emails, no phone number to be found.. I will dispute my credit card charge, but wanted to warn people. This is not worth the headache.

The purse was shipped really quick. It is the perfect size. Easy to use. It doesn't look cheaply made.

I absolutely LOVE my handbag
1) the color (blue) is transitional & very attractive. I get many compliments on the color.
2) COMPARTMENTS!! Oh my word, this purse is the bomb!!I am so organized! Easily accessible compartments for my phone, another for my gate opener, another for small items (no fumbling at the bottom of the purse) and then two main compartments! I keep my wallet in one & my makeup & incidentals in the other.
3) SOFT & Supple
There’s nothing I would change!!

I love this pocketbook! It keeps my wallet & key safely in the zippered compartment while allowing easy access to less valuable items such as sunglasses, lipstick, etc. Well made, although would have like a bit higher quality leather for the handles. Perfect everyday pocketbook.

The bag proved to be the perfect size for me, as I carry a lot of things. The bag was very soft but with sturdy construction. It's a winner.

I bought the Clara bag in Navy. The bag itself was very nice and soft, but I wish it were bigger and the compartments were not deep enough to put many things in it. I use it for travel, but not everyday.

I bought the Kiara bag. Love it. Very well made with lots of room without being too big. Light weight. Love it

I bought my first Madeline bag in grey last fall and fell in love with it! It was exactly what I needed and wanted in a bag - lots of room for stuff and still have room for more. I then went and got another Madeline in blue for the summer, so now I have both seasons covered. Thank you for creating this accessory for people like me!

I love my new Clara bag!! It is roomy with multiple sections and gorgeous to look at. Nice shoulder strap to carry this great bag

I recently received the Clara bag and it was as expected. However, the lining smells so bad I can't use it. Not sure what it's made of, but it smells like fish. I've tried airing it out and the smell won't go away.

I ordered a bag took a month to get it. The wrong bag was received. They stopped answering my emails when I said I wanted a return. There is NO phone number or any other way to contact. There is no office address listed. The company listed as the parent company said they didn’t know anything and refused to assist. Is this consumer fraud?
UPDATE: They said they would return my money ONLY if I paid the shipping to the manufacturer IN CHINA! The cheapest shipping id 199 US dollars. The bag cost 71 US dollars. THIS IS FRAUD. I’m in touch with my attorney general and the FTC. BEWARE!

The company kept in touch about the status of my order and I received it in a timely manner. The purse (Dorothy Bag) is well made and quite roomy. It's also a great cross-body bag, which is what I needed. A friend commented on it this morning and I gave her the website. Hopefully, she will purchase one and will love it as much as I love mine. I can even carry my 20oz. water bottle comfortably.

These purses come out of China. It's been weeks and I'm still waiting on mine. If it doesn't arrive in another week I'll be calling my credit card to dispute the charge.

I went thru a shipping fiasco…and Haley, from the customer service team, held my hand thru it all…and it was a lot…a once is a lifetime fiasco. But I am on the other side of that…I have my purse and I love it! Can’t thank Haley enough…and I highly recommend the Rose&Josie customer service team.

I love the Kiara bag! I bought in blue and because I was so happy with all of the pockets and strong zippers and handles, I ordered a Kiara in black! I had also ordered a different black bag but I can’t remember the name, but I’ve ordered other bags from Rose&Josie and have always been happy! I worked as a Quality Manager for almost 30 years in a manufacturing company and know quality when I see it. I love the way your company keeps me informed of the process and tracking. Thank you!
