No problem with delivery, but endless cord (not endless, but ended with wire hooks to join the ends) broke immediately. Useless.

Hi. I’m very sorry you are not happy with the item. The hooks are part of the design to make the continuous loop which is why they are called endless cords. They are made to be a discreet small hook to attach the two ends together. When used with skylight windows and pulleys this design has worked well for many years and we rarely if ever get a complaint about them. The cord you received must have been faulty and we would be happy to send a replacement. Kind Regards James
