We needed access on the first day by…7:30am
We needed access on the first day by 7:30 but the access code had not been activated. My son had been in the previous Friday to explain and make sure access was available. The unit was unlocked but the access code for the site had not been sorted. Our removalists were were not happy and eventually left for another job so we had to try again in the afternoon

Your feedback is completely valid. There was an issue with the previous access system, which affected your code activation. Since then, we’ve fully upgraded and replaced the access technology to ensure this doesn’t happen again. The new system includes Bluetooth entry and several reliability improvements to make access faster and more secure for all customers.
I’m glad our team was able to assist remotely on the day, but we genuinely apologise that the initial setup wasn’t seamless for you. If there’s anything further we can do to support you now, please reach out.
Friendly and Accommodating
The team at Roomia Beverley have been friendly and upfront, and accommodated my need for 24/7 access.
I loved having full 24 hour use of the van upon moving in (my other storage gave me 7 hours!)

Great Customer Service!
The premises were clean and secure. This makes the customer feel confident their possessions will be safe.
At all times I found the staff to be very welcoming and eager to accommodate the client's needs. The staff I dealt with provided answers to my questions and steered me through the processes of the whole storage task.

I couldn’t access the storage
I couldn’t access the storage, with the pink coat that you guys provide me, and I have flights tomorrow, I can’t put my belonging in the storage, now everything is stuck…
It shows “see the manager” on the machine, when I entered the pin.
But when I was doing the registration, it never mentioned that first time user have to see manager in order to activate the Pin, so I don’t know what happened right now.
Everything is so stuck rn, I felt so helpless, there isn’t any opportunity to call for help. It was hopeless.

Easy to use with free removal van
I used roomia for about 18 months to store our household goods. They did what they said, stored our good in a safe, clean and dry condition.
We were able to use the removal van for free while moving in and paid $99 to use it again when we were moving out and we were able to have it from Friday-Sunday which was helpful.
