Great Experience and perfect location

It was easy to book/reserve a unit
It was easy to book/reserve a unit. Friendly service.The only drawback is the Genie entry app I tried four times to get it to work and failed, the staff also tried. The app download ok and you update your data ok but when you press the button on the app to open the gate it comes up as an error. This is an important feature if you're in a normal vehicle you can easily enter your passcode into the keypad. However, if you are in a truck you need to get out of the truck to enter the passcode.

5 stars without a doubt
It was great to have 24 hour access and the freight elevator certainly took the stress out of having my storage unit on the second floor. The premises are great and the price was excellent in comparison to other storage facilities.

Happy but there's room for improvement
Customer service was good, and the transport van was clean. However, storage providers should explain storage sizes in layman’s terms. For example, a 1.5m x 1.5m unit refers to the floor dimensions, not 1.5 × 1.5 = 2.25m² of usable space. Due to this confusion, I had to upgrade to the next storage tier.
