I am old and not tech savvy. So I am grateful for the excellent help, above and beyond what they charged me for, when they dealt expertly with my virus frozen pc yesterday. So sincere thanks.

Roobotech met all expectations

I was a little reluctant to purchase a phone online as I wanted a good quality device (Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra). I am glad I went through Roobotech. I received great service and the phone arrived promptly and as described. I am very happy with the phone and would recommend this company.

Useless know point of buying if this is the best your can do unsubscribe me please straight away

Great idea but this Oppo phone is far to old 2021 please only send me information on 2024 to 2025 after a while these phones slow right down and after a while 64MB ends up full because of apps and always having to update

Great service

Every time I have called / emailed the Roobotech guys, I have always been impressed with their friendly, understanding and helpful service. I have purchased multiple phones, and sent multiple phones in for repair. They work quickly to get the phone fixed at a reasonable price. They have also honored warranty issues without any dramas. Highly recommended.

Perfect

Prompt communication. Very helpful. Purchased Google Pixel 8 pro Open Box. Perfect. I had to wait to use it as there wasn't a wall charger but a screen saver and case was applied Thank you so much. Only criticism was there was no pin to open SIM tray. Fortunately I'd kept my old phones box. Would definitely recommend.
