I feel let down
I feel let down. I was assured that my purchase was the lowest price available but was subsequently approached by another agent who quoted £500 lower.
Not what I expect for a loyal customer.
ROL are aware that my husband died unexpectedly last year whilst on a long cruise to the Amazon and Carribbean. I received no advice or support from ROL at that very stressful time but have continued to place my travel in their hands.

Liam and his concierge team are so professional and knowledgeable. We always get contacted the same day when we have a query.
Over 1,500 nights on board booked through ROL, everything has been perfect.
Knowing our needs and wants makes for a much easier booking process.
One time, when we have had to change our plans Liam has been there with hotel bookings while we were crossing the Atlantic, taking all the anxiety out of the equation for us.
We also enjoy the benefits of cruise miles, every discount we get is appreciated.
