Nice looking, sturdy and easy to apply.

The product took quite a while to arrive. The presentation and packaging is not that as advertised on Roha Homes social media platforms and website. The product is also not as high end as their promo videos make them out to be.

The product does hold up dressing gowns, towels etc. however you have to be careful not to put them on PVC doors as they will leave a ring mark just after a few hours that will not rub out. I just think for the price paid for the product (hooks) Roha are slightly misleading the consumer as to their quality service and quality of the product. These are plastic hooks that bend the plastic face when you screw the tightening hook in place. I thought they were going to be very solid but they are not.

Great product, easy to use! Super handy - especially when you rent a place or just don’t want the hassle of drilling holes in your wall. Sturdy and can take some weight. Doesn’t work on all surfaces though - needs to be a smooth and clean surface.

I ordered 2 items end of November (#RH502240) and I received only one ( 4 hooks) but not the second one ( suction storage rack). Despite several messages I did not receive any reply or information, and I needed before Xmas

Article are not premium as described, they are made from cheap plastic. Suction does not work, accept on glass. Even light toilet paper can not be held for few hours.

Very poor delivery service still waiting on product after 3 weeks, still hasn’t reached Ireland but is in Holland. Despite being told 4-7 business days delivery. Poor customer service.

Purchased 2 ROHA SUCTION SHOWER CADDY CLASSIC at the end of November and no word on when they will be available. So far, it's been a negative experience, and if I had been told the products were out of stock, I would have purchased something else.

I ordered ROHA SUCTION SQUEGEE 1x and ROHA SUCTION SHOWER CADY 3x a month ago. So far i only got ROHA SUCTION SQUGEE, ROHA SUCTION SHOWER CADY I haven't received yet. As for ROHA SUCTION SQUEGEE, 5 minutes after I glued it, according to the instructions, it peeled of and fell of.

Ihave placed my order at 29th of November and i haven't receive anything yet. Above this i have no news about the hooks i ordered and no information about the arrival of the products. I am very disappointed and i do not know what to say. The funny part is that you still advertise 4 to 7 days delivery. It is a shame..

My experience was terrible. I placed order #RH488580 on November 26, 2025, and on December 8, 2025, it was already on its way, but they told me in an email that it never left because it was out of stock. I've emailed the company several times, but now, after almost a month, they're telling me to be patient and that I'll have to wait. Furthermore, the product is still listed, so they'll continue selling it to other poor, unsuspecting people like me.
I fear this is a complete scam and should be reported to the postal police. Vittorio Perrini

I did not get the items that I bought. I am editing the review because the customer service offered me full refund after recognising that the shipping was not happening due to 3rd party circumstances. Therefore 5 stars.

All fake. I’ve bought fir pia ed and they do not work. A real disaster. Don’t buy it. Shame on roha.

Had to wait a little while, but it's absolutely worth it! Simple, sleek, and beautiful design. Very easy to install and so convenient if you want to move them again. Highly recommended if you don't feel like drilling holes; just place them on the wall, rotate them, and you're done. Bathroom, kitchen, door, or wall... I'll use them everywhere.

We ordered on november 22th. We get de handdoeken haken on december 8th Thanks, we love them!
But de toiletrolhouder we ordered at the same time, is still not arrived :-(
We sent an email and till now we did'nt get an answer.
In trust we ordered an new item, so fingers crossed about the delivery. 🤞

Poor-quality product. It does not stick to any surface, even with the 3M adhesive pads. Stay away. You’d be better off with the cheapest alternative, as long as it’s not made in China.

I had two experiences with Roha Home, first one very good, a second one not so good (because I bought two items almost 3 weeks ago and they haven’t been delivered, or even sent)…

Before ordering, I was skeptical about products that advertise installation without drilling or gluing, as there are always problems after installation. The products from the Twist & Lock line really work as described on the Roha Home website after installation. I am thrilled with products that finally do their job, and installation is quick and easy.
