Vas quality, they do not stick at all to The wall, ir last for one day…

I placed an order over a month ago. Unfortunately, the company entered the delivery address incorrectly and the order was returned.

Since then, I have not been able to get a clear answer about when the order will be resent. Customer service has been unhelpful and unable to provide any concrete timeline or solution.

Very disappointing experience, especially given that the issue was not caused by me. I expected much better communication and accountability.

Another cheap plastic producer from China. Totally waste of money. I got two set of 4ps suction hooks. They are so cheap looking and sucks really bad. Simply, no value at all.

This kind of hangers are exactly what we needed in our renewed bathroom.

Very expensive and suction not working on painted surfaces and I have to pay 142 dkk to return but now cause of all these bad reviews will I even get my money back?

I’m waiting for my order since December 25 ( already one month) I have contaged the customer service and I do not receive any news

BAD BAD BAD they ship from CHINA such expensive product !!! they take orders for items not yet available for shipping months waiting !!! slow answering emails

Bad quality and late delivery. Very poor products . Not worth the money

I did not receive the goods. You probably used a local delivery agent like ACS, who often doesn't deliver

The products arrived after 3 weeks. The quality does not respond to the price asked in no occasion - made of very low quality plastic with several minor defects (mostly on paint points). They do stick but only on VERY smooth and clear surfaces like glass. They stuck on a very smooth tile for maybe 5min and then they would fall. So on the same day I decided to return them. They have a policy of return within 14days by sending an email. 6 days late and 2 reminders end and they do not respond… Just stay away, they are not professionals - UPDATE they emailed and offered a partial refund or I could proceed with sending them back and wait for full refund but warned me this could take time and risk of package missing etc… I accepted the partial refund and never ordering again.

Unfortunately, the hooks are not staying in place and keep constantly falling down. I am very disappointed.

I placed an order in your on-line shop on Facebook, and I’ve not any notice from you yet. No news at all about when this order will be delivered, if it will…
Hope customer service and customer support will work better than commercial. Thanks in advance.

Really easy to use and install in a few seconds. The instructions were found easily and were easy to follow.

I ordered several weeks ago and still no news on my order… i contacted support and still no answer

Was a little disappointed because from the photos and price I was expecting the hook to be made of metal, not plastic. Otherwise looks good, sticks to glass but not to slightly uneven tiles. Good thing it comes with an adhesive base for such cases.

The suction hooks look really good and are easy to mount. They appear to stay in place! We just ordered another set.

Rona Home is very good in marketing, website etc. But very bad for delivery : i ordered 6 weekend ago and still not havé received my goods…

Money charged on my CC on the 8th of december. On date 31 st december I've received only 30% of the order

They do not stick well the kitchen cabinets (which are laminated cabinets, completely smooth). On the tiles in the bathroom one has fallen of once. Now it is okay. Delivery took quite some time and adress was blacked out (so might come from China as well).

Suction part works good, but the finishing material is very poor.
