Like the other guy who wrote a 1 star review for this, my stuff didn't turn up when expected either.

However, I am not simple-minded and I understand that the shipping companies make packages late, and not the store itself. The wait time is a little longer for me due to being in the US but that's no fault of the company (unless you want to stretch back a few hundred years and blame the British for America).

Parts themselves were of high quality and perfect fitment, and any issues I had were quickly and professionally resolved because I used my communication skills and TALKED to support instead of fuming in my own frustration and leaving a bad review.

Aaron is such a forerunner in the area, parts are made with innovation and precision. He is also very willing to offer advice, email response are often very quick. Handling time is not Amazon prime, but nothing to complain about, they always arrive ahead of game day (for me, lucky being in the same country as the company) giving enough time to install and adjust before play.

These guys put their heart and soul into their products and it shows in the quality. Their customer service and communication is tip notch.
