Simply incredible quality and service!

Simply incredible quality and service!
If I could give 6 stars I would, speaking from the point of view of a Mechanical Design Engineer for 30 years I can really appreciate the effort that has gone into designing the parts they sell, and the machining quality is simply superb. Add to this the friendly and responsive customer service, its really hard to believe that this is two guys working part time in-between their regular day-jobs! Thank you Rogueworx for what you do and making my much loved KC-02 operate so much better! Now PLEASE bring the Genesis Kits back into stock ASAP (pretty please)

Thanks for the glowing review Alan, but the Tax Man currently has other plans for the chunk of money we had lined up for the Genesis kits, looks like we'll be buying some nice tastey VAT! So will be a few months before we can restock anything now, sorry.

I am very satisfied

I am very satisfied. The only thing I find a pity that some items are sold out too quickly. For example, some complete tuning kits or the like.

Be prepared for potentially a 7 month wait.

My order got cancelled because I called out the order waiting times on discord, some users have been waiting 7 months for their parts to arrive. They’ll probably mass report this review so it gets erased…
The reason for the delay of “1 month” was due to him being busy outside of his personal job, but that really holds no weight due to the other waiting customers and apparently it’s not a one man band.
If you have any trouble with the products and need help, if you have assembled it right but still having issues, it’ll be your fault, and impossible for it to be the product apparently.
The owner also mocked to hammering my order before cancelling it after kicking me from the discord group.
All in all, shiny parts, awful service, a bit more on the overpriced side.
Again, I know the discord group will read this, screen shot and ‘mock’ followed by having this comment deleted, that’s cool, they’re like that but, this is an honest review.

Thanks for the review. Those with a long wait were pre orders which we have stated how long they would be, from day one and no one has complained, except you on their behalf, thinking it would give gravitas to your issue. As you have done here again. You know this as it was made clear to you when you commented on discord, by the very customers who preordered. You then went on to verbally attack other customers with profanities (you failed to mention this), who not only explained this but also explained that we have updated our customers, regularly, on all our social media accounts and have a busy gauge on our website, which was in place when you ordered. You were banned of the discord page by the collective decision of the admins who felt you went against the rules, by being abusive and aggressive to multiple members, not for raising issues about our service. Its a community group after all. We cancelled your order and refunded you weeks ago, as you were not satisfied with the service you received, service which has been transparent since before you placed your order. I will not put the comments up here which you made, as they are offensive and honestly show you in a bad light. We are sorry you feel this way but we felt that we would stand by our principles of being airsofters first, in fact decent human beings who consider verbal abuse to be wrong, over taking your money. Airsoft is a game of sportsmanship and integrity, compassion and just having fun. If we loose more customers by taking this stance, then that is a risk we take. I just hope you can reflect on this and see how your actions are not acceptable, on the Web or in real life.

#update:

Look we know you are angry about having to wait, but we do not take abuse or accept abuse towards our customers and our team, from anyone. That is the bottom line. We will implement a system to make sure no one is missed out in future updates. However it is our decision to decline service in this case and one we will stick by.

Complicated

Products are overpriced and so far almost 2 months late on delivery and counting

Edit: Once these had arrived they were easy to install and came with outstanding fit and finish and once installed perform outstandingly i cannot thank RW enough for bringing these products to us despite the shipping times

now for the less good part while i appreciate that receiving negative feedback can be frustrating it needs to be taken with the best intentions in mind however this was clearly not the case once i had received my order.

there was a complimentary sticker that i assumes goes out with a few orders however mine seems to be unique on the backing of the sticker had some text with a remark about the negative review placed due to waiting times and lack of communications about this

I appreciate that running a business can be stressful and i wish RW the best but there Customer service and communications are lacking a tad.

the remark in question read as follows " Thanks for the 1 Star review, really makes it all worth it :)"
the snarky comment isn't appreciated.
