Rocwood Stole my photos
Rocwood Stole two of my photos. They removed my watermark and re edited the images and used them to promote the sale of their electric winches. They failed to gain my permission nor pay for the licensing to use the images and therefore commited copyright infringement.

Ordered a winch!
Ordered a winch, told it was picked and despatched then two days later received an email with apology that they couldn't send as it wasn't available to pick from warehouse shelf! now have to wait for best part of a month to get money back into a usable account which was put on a credit card so they cost me extra interest also as well as wasting my time and effort!

Purchased a lawnmower through eBay
Purchased a lawnmower through eBay. It stated 24 month warranty however it sized solid after 6 months, oil level good only used 3 times. It was noisy and vibrated from day 1 contacted when first purchased and they said they are all checked and it would be because its new or because the fuel is dirty ( which it wasn’t ) so continued to use on there advise. Emailed them numerous times both directly and through eBay and PayPal, also tried to call them numerous times, phone rings a couple of times and goes dead. So now have a £250 odd lawnmower that’s dead. Have just started a small claims case against them. Avoid at all costs most complaints are regarding complete lack of after sales support

Thank you for your review. We’re sorry you’re dissatisfied and would like to clarify.
The mower was purchased in April 2025 and the issue was reported around six months later. Under the warranty, this is a return-to-base case requiring inspection, which falls in line with UK consumer law, as an assessment is required to determine whether a fault is present and covered.
We responded to all messages, offered to arrange a courier collection, and confirmed that return costs would be refunded if a manufacturing fault was found.
The mower was never returned for inspection, so we were unable to assess the issue. To date , we have received no contact from Trading Standards and no small-claims action has been issued.
We remain happy to assist if the customer wishes to proceed with inspection.

Found the right tyre, at the best price and delivered within 2 days. The delivery date was not advertised at time of purchase and so I accepted it may take a while to deliver, but not the case! Very pleased.
