"Rock Solid ARE ROCK SOLID" is something quite a few people in our team have been saying recently! After being let down by other delivery companies, I stumbled across Rock Solid who have been absolutely fantastic. Adrian is very friendly and accommodating, and they've never let us down. Quick pick-ups, on-time deliveries, very reasonable pricing, great problem solvers. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

Very easy to organise on phone. Courier arrived about half an hour later and he delivered the parcel straight from pick up. He was polite and observed social distancing. Guys on phone were really helpful and polite. Have recommended the company and will certainly use again.

They were very helpful on the phone and made the process really simple. Most importantly they safely delivered the passport exactly where and when it needed it to be.

Had an enquiry for a cake delivery, where I asked for a quote to work out costings. Before I was able to give an answer the man who I was speaking to, hurried me of the phone, and said he going as he has another call to attend to. I was really surpised at how rude he was.
Whether he felt he was able to help me as a potential customer or not, the least he could have done was be polite until the end of the phone call.

Used Adrian and his team for the first time this week. Urgent delivery for an order which was time critical and had been fraught with difficulties. I was really up against it as it was a time critical delivery. Rock Solid collected the stuff within an hour of it being ready and delivered it 5 hours drive away well within the promised time. They must be the most efficient and hassle free carrier in the UK!
